  • Amazing product
Color: Blue
This balance board is great. Both my kiddos (age 3 and 8) absolutely love it. I’ve even used it myself. It’s a great core workout and a great way for them to burn some energy!

  • Awesome tool for any snowboarder
Color: Blue
My son has been practicing non stop with this balance board since he got it. He rides/does tricks in the park area of various mountains and he says this has helped him immensely to get better.

  • Family Fun & It’s Exercise!
Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. The board is great quality and is an absolute blast! I bought this for my wife and I to work core when surfing isn’t an option but my 6 and 9 year old boys have commandeered it. It’s much trickier than the 101 version of the board but even if you surf and or wakeboard as opposed to skateboard, you’ll still pick it up quick. It rolls really fast but I was easily able to immediately hop on a skateboard and repeat the shuv it I’d practiced in the tutorials. I found it best to perfect the tricks on a rug in the garage before upping the ante and adding the roller. As the directions say, you really do have to have the balance down solid before attempting any tricks. Overall, we’re completely satisfied and will likely order more so we aren’t waiting in line. ... show more

  • Big guy approved!
This thing is a tank! I bought it to get some balance training while learning to skateboard. The shape is very similar to popsicle style boards and REALLY helped me get a jump start. I am 6’5” and just over 300 pounds, this board has absolutely zero cares that I’m on it. There is no flex in the board that I can notice and I feel very confident on the board. I definitely recommend appended the extra money if you are on the fence. This thing should last a lifetime. ... show more

  • A RevOlution In Balance
A RevOlution in Balance (DGIwire) – What can you buy a kid who lives and breathes skateboarding? Certainly a skateboard, trucks, wheels, bearings, grip tape, t-shirts, protective gear and a helmet are all good ideas. Then, of course, there are sneakers, which are a complete necessity about every three weeks thanks to the effects of grip tape and sidewalks! But what if the kid is turning 13, already has a board sponsor, a pro skateboarder has given him trucks, a few companies are all offering him t-shirts because he’s got online videos tre flipping an 8 stair?! Like I said, what is a fun present, besides a summer at Camp Woodward, for an athlete that thinks skateboarding is as important as breathing? ReviewLoft decided to research this question. Where did we start? The internet, of course! After seeing all the usual options—which don’t get me wrong—would have all been very graciously received, we stumbled upon a site called RevBalance.com which was offering balance boards. According to the RevOlution website, balance boarding has been around since at least the 1950s. Likely, we’d guess it coincided with the advent of Cali surfing which soon spawned skateboarding when the drought of the 70s dried up all those pools leaving the ultimate vert drops for adventurous teens to explore. Over the years many different kinds of boards have been introduced, likely also to coincide with the moves from pools to streets. Traditionally balance boards have been a tool for sports trainers to help athletes in all sports to develop their balance and fitness needs. The RevOlution videos were cool. They demonstrated remarkable feats of balance on their finely crafted boards, but also kick-flips and more. Frankly, all of us at ReviewLoft who don’t skateboard but appreciate fitness and skill all wanted to try it! The balance board package arrived in perfect condition, and we were impressed when the same day we also received an email from Brendon, the owner of RevOlution, asking if our board arrived safely. We responded that it was perfect—but we’d have to wait a few days for the birthday recipient to open the gift. Last night, the board came out of the box. Three teen boys looked at it skeptically. But then, they got on it: The fun, stumbles, tricks, balancing challenges, shoves, kick-flips and SKATE games started! The RevOlution Balance Board was a major hit! Best of all, balance boarding can be done just about anywhere, any time, especially indoors which is totally awesome—particularly if you live in the northeast where you have snowy winter days or anywhere when it rains, which is not good for skateboard trucks...or skaters lives! Without a doubt, this is an excellent present for the skateboarder in your life—or for yourself or any athlete that wants to develop their balance skills. All of us at ReviewLoft will certainly be popping on it: We want a set of those 6-pack abs that look so fine on skateboarders of all ages! Note: ReviewLoft purchased our RevOlution Balance Board via Amazon and we love it. So, we felt compelled to write a review! ... show more

  • I truly love this thing
Color: Black
Honestly was doubtful this would help me at all. Being a huge action sport fan I bought it anyway after being sold out for a long time I saw my opportunity and made the purchase. Longboarding/skateboarding: Helps strengthen your balance for sure! You can re -create a manual type of feeling on the board and it's not that easy right off the bat. Not to mention all the tech tricks this thing has to offer! ( I'm not as young as I was before so huuuge manuals on longboards are totally my thing these days.) Snowboarding: I've been preparing for snowboard season here in MN, USA and that's where this thing really seems to help for me. After getting the initial balancing down to a T, one can ollie from the carpet and land in a backslide boardslide or frontside boardslide on the roller and act as if it's a rail and really get one of the only other forms of practicing grinding I can think of other than going out there and just sending it. You can practice grinding form while balancing. ( shoulder position, weight distribution, grinding form, and balancing. It's actually really fun and challenging to do and I feel more confident already. ) Even though it's not slippery like a rail the balancing part of it all is hard enough to give you a fair reenactment of truly grinding. ) Also tail presses and nose presses are a thing you can practice as well if you widen your stance a bit. ( I've found. ) With that being said... You can... and will fall eventually if using this for advanced tricks. ( prob on even the easier tricks too. ) Make sure there is at least a 6 or 7 foot clear radius around you. I've been using all types of boards for nearly 15 years now. And I can't Express enough... this thing will get you if your trying anything more than balancing. I actually laughed when I fell for the first time bc it was actually pretty hard slam. Lol, Luckily carpet is forgiving. With that being said the board is not though. With flip tricks and pop shoves I've actually had the board pop up and almost hit me in face a few times but moved in time and it hit my shoulder a few times! Didn't feel that great!!!! My only complain or suggestion would be a revamped deck with a better tail on both sides. Not really a fan of the one side seems better for Ollies and the other is too short to get a decent amount of pop. I suppose that was on purpose for kids or universal use? Idk. And I wish they had better management on their YouTube. like full videos. in order. how toos. Seemed like their channel was all over the place. ( Although I did learn some things, just wasn't organized in my opinion.) Overall I'm super happy with this!!! Oh! Did I mention it's a workout!!!! Total plus! :) ... show more
