  • For the price it's fine. I would have bought something else knowing what I know now.
Color: Domino Size: 27 in.
I bought this board to get around from place the place on my college campus. Overall, I'd recommend something else, but I'll get to that later. The trucks can be loose enough to rub on the board, so be careful of that. The stock bearings are pretty crap, a cheap set of just about anything else is better. But I used the stock for 5-6 months so it's not something a beginner will notice to much. Just put them on the list of things to buy. The middle flexes a lot, enough that 155lb (+40lb backpack sometimes) me worries about it. Put your weight over the trucks and your fine. Other reviews show cracked boards. Just be smart about it. The turning is pretty tight, it's easy enough to learn on and get the hang of. I recommend tighter trucks for learning, then loosen as you get more skill/more comfort. The wheels won't push anything out of the way, if there's a rock, the board will stop. And you'll keep moving. I know from experience. It's a pretty smooth ride, certainly way more then a normal skateboard and will go faster then a normal skateboard. Won't do any tricks other then just leaning the front wheels up and turning a little, but it takes a lot of practice. A normal skateboard does that way, way better. Leaves tricks to normal boards is what I'm getting at. It acts more like a longboard then anything in my opinion, but you get the downsides of it not being a longboard and having smaller wheels, and the only upside is slightly tighter turning vs a 38" longboard (drop thru style board) It's not much of a difference. Here's why I'd recommend something else, at least for someone like me using it as transport across campus. A longboard is just better. It's that simple. A longboard is smoother, faster, more stable, turns almost as well (depending on board), kicks rocks out of the way instead of you going flying, easier to ride. The list goes on. Unless your super strapped for cash, spend a few more bucks and get a longboard, you'll be glad you did. I now have a 38" drop thru style longboard w/ reds bearings and it's all I use. I don't use this board anymore at all. For the price, I feel I got my use out of it, so I'm not complaining necessarily, but I would have just bought a different board to begin with. But this was my first board I've ever owned, so I didn't know. ... show more

  • Every bit as good as a Penny board.
Color: Crimson Size: 27 in.
I honestly expected these boards to be sub par in comparison to higher end brands of the same type. I could not have been more wrong. I bought the 22’ and 27’ for my girlfriend and I. We have put them through the wringer for the last 6 months or so and I am shocked at the quality and durability of these boards. We have skated every type of asphalt and concrete and even the skate park on multiple occasions. The deck and wheels look and feel identical to much higher end cruisers of the same type. However, the durometer of the wheels is both a positive and a negative in my opinion. I believe they are 83A, and while that makes them better for doing a quick run at the skatepark, as a pure cruiser 78A would probably be better as they do tend to kick a little on small pebbles and rougher asphalt. They roll as smooth as hot butter on concrete however. I would recommend getting the 27’ if you are tall, have larger feet, or are just used to riding a standard sized skateboard. My girlfriend is very short with small feet so the 22’ is perfect. While they are indeed cruiser boards and obviously not for street skating, they ollie well and it’s super fun to do old school freestyle tricks on them. Remember, these are the size and shape of the old freestyle boards of the 1970’s. Super fun, super portable and versatile boards that you can not help but have endless amounts of fun on. ... show more

  • Fun board
Fun little board. Definitely wear protective gear if you’ve never skated before. It’s a very fast little board, the wheels are wide so it helps with stability compared to a regular skateboard.

  • It was a hit!
Color: Domino Size: 22.5 in.
I had no idea what to get for my daughter on Easter. She has gotten to the age (11) where she doesn’t believe in the Easter bunny and all that yet she is still young enough to where she would probably like to get something that day. If that makes any sense. Lol. Plus, I’ve noticed the last couple years she barely touches the candy in the basket. So I needed something simple but not something I would throw away within a week. So this year I got her this penny board and a couple pieces of candy. The first thing she did was go outside to ride it. She was out there all day on Easter Sunday and then every day after school. I was amazed at how quickly she picked up on it. I knew she had tried a friends penny board a couple times but within a few days she was able to get right on it without having to hold on to anything and could get her speed going. It’s perfect for her! Small and lightweight so she can carry it to her friends house and can easily fit next to the dresser and the wall. It gives her something to do instead of being on electronics all day. I’m happy with this and I know she is too! ... show more
