(3-months of using): I really like how I can choose the amount of water to dispense, where it fills automatically. Please note: a few of the reviews state that it stops working after a month. Most likely, they are not following the directions to start for first time (after every recharge, you need to hold the start button for 5+ seconds until it turns on. Instructions imply it is only for first use, but it is for every first use AFTER recharging). This is a good and convenient product. It gets a lot of use. I bought one of these, loved it so much I bought a second just a couple days later. Exactly one month from the date I ordered the first one the battery won't hold enough charge to fill my coffee pot with water. I can get it to fill about halfway, then the machine stops dispensing water. It won't operate while it's plugged into a power source, so you have to plug it in, then manually dispense your water, which is what I was doing before. A waste of money! The return window has closed for BOTH of the units I purchased. I remember seeing at least one review that said something similar and I shrugged it off as a possible user error - but it's not. The instructions say it will dispense 500 cups of water before needing to be recharged. I had to do this with my coffee pot yesterday, and now again today. Coming between me and my morning cup is what brought me here to leave this one star review! ... show more

This works great at my office. It’s easy to use and sits right on the counter. You need to plug it into an outlet. It did not come with a plug. Only a usb cord.

Got these for the 20th annual Fourth O' July shindig. One didn't charge, out of the box, so I just cancelled the Sweet Tea. Forgot to send to back in time, so I will now tear it apart, and see if it is a easy fix. More than likely, it is a PRC solder issue.

I have 2 of these water dispensers. 1 in my home office with a 4 gallon jug of water. I'm chronically dehydrated and this helps me drink more water without having to get up. The other is in my camper. I have a 4 gallon jug in a storage bay and ran a tube up through the cabinet to the counter. We use this water to drink and for coffee. Works great. I had nothing but exceptional things to say about the pump. How it has amazing battery life. Relatively low on noise volume compared to other dispensers. But after about 3 months of having the product it stopped working. Tried charging it to see if that was the issue and still doesn’t work.
