I just received my skates and I’m super disappointed. I ordered a 7.5. Reviews and size chart said they were true to size. They are gigantic and are more like a 8.5 (a whole size bigger)!!! They came smashed in a generic cardboard box, dirty like they were worn several times and no skate bag like details said. I am so disappointed and will never order from this company again. These are my girlfriends first pair of roller skates and they are super super nice, especially for the price. The creases in the side are from my girlfriend using them almost everyday since they arrived. I payed for priority shipping they took about 10 days to receive.

The material is really, really cheap. The wheels are low quality as well. If you’re getting skates and are a beginner, you can get wayyyyy better skates in this price range. Roller girl is a great brand, impala is great as well - both of those are around this price point. moxi is the best, but moxi is expensive ~$240-$300 ... show more

We could never find larger sizes for women's skates in the stores locally so I was glad to run across these online. They arrived, had a nice carrying bag, had extra bearings and tools, solid quality, and perfect fit. My tween has them on in the house constantly.

These are terrible. The wheels don't turn. And there 3 sizes to big. I don't know how a company can send an item out from China that does not work and won't send a return label to sense it back and expense me to pay $300.00 in turn feels when I only paid $65.00 for the item. I will make sure when I order anything again from Amazon to make sure it comes from the USA make sure it can be returned with a return label. And also to make sure it never comes from China again! ... show more
