Update: after contacting Redford about the issue, they replaced the product at no charge. I am hopeful the replacement will hold up, and applaud Redford for their customer service. I purchased a Redford 36"W x 24"H Beige Sub-Zero backflow cover through Amazon on February 16, 2023, and paid over $100 for it. I have not yet had the cover for a year, and it is ripped and disintegrating. The previous cover I had in this same location lasted over 8 years.     • Allow for about 2 more inches then you think you need.
Great cover but like others, had to reorder in a bigger size. The insulation is thick so it takes about two inches away from width.
