I don't have a wild stereo system nor do I know much about them but noticed my 6.5" speakers were getting more bass sent to them than I wanted no matter how much I used the deck to adjust the EQ. Since I don't have a stand-alone EQ I decided to go this route knowing it was inexpensive. It seemed to have removed enough bass that my 6.5" speakers are alot more clear sounding that before and the bass is being felt thru the subs like it should. I had installed a Kicker KS component kit and for some reason could not get the tweeters to work with my cars factory amp and Kicker's included crossover. So i decided to install these inline with the tweeters to keep them safe and clear. They installed in minutes and kept the highs nice and clear!

I bought a pair of infinity 3.5 to replace the OEM ones on my Ford Explorer, I used the infinity bass blockers that came with the speakers and the speakers ended up with that annoying crackling sound, I returned them and spoke to a friend who is a professional high end audio installer and he said to purchase these bass blockers as they are excellent. Right away the feel of these were far superior to the ones that came with the infinity. Easier to install as the ones that came with the infinity were a hard Coper and these were more bendable to make the install easier. Once I installed them, I immediately put some house music on, and played it loud, three weeks later and these were an amazing choice. No blow outs, no crackling, just amazing sound. ... show more

I installed these on my 2024 Toyota Camry xse with along with 3.5 inch jbl tweeters and they sound way better! Very clear sound and louder now compared to before I installed these bass blockers. Highly recommend these for newer model Toyota Camrys
