For whatever reason I often find myself whisking things in a small saucepan, and had so much trouble finding a smaller whisk with a long enough handle that my hand doesn’t get scorched. THIS is perfect - I got one for myself and my husband had heard me talking about how this kind of thing was so hard to find and he got one for me as well! Now I have two and they both get used almost daily. I wasn’t sure how the flat shape would work, but it ends up being better because you can get different degrees of intensity with stirring depending on the direction you hold the whisk.
