Very good quality fabric, it’s almost like a very thick thick polyester and it definitely brings the heat. The pants and jacket both have left and right pockets so that’s very useful. Wrists have a Velcro band to tighten the seal and the pants have a string through the waist so you’re not depending on the stretch band alone. We read a lot of reviews and family pick this one so far so good if anything changes will let you know We really like the stuff we used that was three times and the seam of the pants let go we've never wash them and we only wipe them down after we use them on the third use the seam of the pants let go not sure why seem like really good product the material but yet seems don't seem to hold up well We don't really see anything else on the market so I guess we'll just have to duck tape these things or something after we do the replacement. What to do buy the really cheap stuff for nine dollars and just keep buying throughout the year as they rip. We don't know what else to say. **** One of the biggest complaints is the seams keep coming apart We really like these we are buying a silicone, RV roof rubber seal. There are several brands we will use one and seal the seams of the pants and jackets if this works we will put up the review of the product we used and if it helped stop the tear of the scenes from happening wet suit shop they stated the stuff would work but is expensive mEssentials Aquaseal Urethane Repair Adhesive, 8 oz by M Essentials, definitely like silicone button dries hard and is flexible but it also Bynes into the neoprene or polyester fabric that would have to be cut out so the bonding is really well between this product and neoprene and polyester type materials We were report back our findings so please look back and hopefully this review will help everybody else ... show more

Feels like good quality material and sewing finish. The size runs slim. I am 6’4” 290 usually wear a 4XL T-shirt. For this I orders a 6XL and glad I did. The arm length is a bit long that’s good, the chest area is a tight. I am happy with the purchase. Just be aware if you’re large chested maybe best to order a size or two larger. ... show more

An excellent suit for the money. Quality item that seems to be made to last for some time. Suit looks sporty and attractive when worn. Definitely makes you sweat especially in outdoor warm humid conditions. I wear it to add intensity to my workouts and NOT for weight loss. It is said that a suit as such has detox advantages,...I'll take it. Hydration, meaning WATER, is very important prior to, during, and after wearing the suit. Has been suitable for my runs on mountain trails and outdoor cycling. No tears or rips at all after several uses. Material is just the right weight of rubberized nylon. Stripes are nylon also and sewn on for durability. Nylon on the outside is noisy so you will be heard with each move you make especially in aerobics class. That's just part of wearing such a suit. Neckline is a bit snug getting over the head but it can be accomplished with a little patients. Adjustable wrist closure are awesome at sealing in the heat. Waist elastic is good and tight also. Has room to move throughout, but it is sometimes advisable to order the next size up so that you are not restricted in movements in any way. When wearing mine outdoors when it is warm I wear it directly on the skin with only gym shorts underneath. The sweat just pours out of me. When finished with my workout I peel it off inside out and submerge in a wash basin with a dash of liquid laundry detergent. Lift up and down a few times and then use rinse water. Hang to drip dry.     • Well worth the money!! Update
I initially saw this suit on a You Tube exercise video. I wanted to wait to provide a review as I had read several reviews before purchasing. I absolutely love this suit! I have to admit at first I thought I purchased the size too small but it was completely fine and now that I'm losing the weight the pants and pullover are getting big which is fine. I have done all types of exercises in this suit (ran, jump, lunges, circuit training) and it has held up pretty good. The top is hard to come off at first but I figured out an easy way to take it off. The only bad thing I do have to say is that the sweat for the pullover is not contained by the traps, so I put small towels by my wrist to keep me from pouring sweat all over the place. Great product! February 2020 - I have used this product now for about 3 years. I have done most exercises in this suit except anything that will stretch the crotch area i.e., lunges, squats etc. I wish there was a way that they could double stitch the crotch area but overall the entire suits last me for months. I love the fact its not very expensive either and it looks good. One note: I did buy some wrist bands because I thought it was gross all my sweat would pore all over the equipment in the gym...no more towels as the wrist bands work perfectly! ... show more
