    • This is a great chair, but just OK if you're a bigger guy
OK, first let me say that I really WANT to love this chair (and to be fair, my kids DO love this chair). But also to be fair, I'm the one who spent 130+ bucks on it, so there's that. Without further ado, let's get into this: Pros: * Quality seems to be great overall. Nice thick material on the saddle and back rest. Multiple pillows provided for comfort. * Assembly was a BREEZE. Seriously. One of the easiest things I ever had to put together. The instructions were dead simple and well laid out. Only took ~15 minutes, and that was me going slow. * All the functions work as expected or better than expected; tilt, recline, seat height adjustments. * Exactly as described in the product description. So... what about the cons? Well, most of these are about guys that aren't small. Think 5'10" or more, 250+lbs. Cons * Be careful about how much you recline big boy. You can - and will - spill right the hell out if you lean back too much (or feels like it's putting a TON of stress on the backrest. * My biggest complaint - BY FAR - is that the width of the saddle is way TOO small. You see, there are hard curves (almost like side rails) on the saddle part of the seat that for bigger guys, ride right into your hammies. Simply put, this chair is NOT AT ALL comfortable for bigger guys for any significant duration of time (the kids or model-skinny people won't have this problem) * The arm rests are NOT adjustable. AT ALL. It's amazing how little you think of that feature until you don't have it. * Speaking of arm rests, while the ENTIRE chair feels really well built, the structural strength and integrity of the arm rests are clearly it's achilles heel. If I put my hands on the arm rests as I sit down, it feels like they're gonna break/fail as I do so. So... I've ended up at a 3.0 rating. If you're a small person (I would guess 5'7" or shorter and <165lbs), you'll likely LOVE this chair. With the exception of the arm rests - noted above - quality is fantastic here... so please don't read this review if you're a smaller person and think you're buying an inferior product. Like I started with, my kids LOVE this chair. But I didn't buy it for them (well, in hindsight, I guess I did after all). If you're a stockier person though, go look elsewhere for a sturdier and more reliable way to spend those hours in front of your computer. I hope this review helps someone! ... show more

First off massagers aren't in the backrest like depicted in pictures on porridge listing. They are in a snap pillow like i didn't want a well. All around every did not advertise features as they truly are for this chair. Well I got this chair about 2 weeks ago while assembling this chair. It begins very obvious that this company did not take the time to make quality product or predrill all holes for the footrest and it is still not attached because no holes for bolts to screw into. Also was advertised as an office chair/ gaming chair, but putting office chair first i expected it to Rick back and forth just like an office chair usually does. Nope it only reclines and raises and lowers. I don't think I'll buy another office/gaming chair ever again. Definitely will never but from this company again. Will be posting return shortly and going to go spend 5 times on a chair that isn't falsely advertised. Thank you for the horrible experience I hope i never have to go through this again. Plus it doesn't even drop low enough to fit under desk. One disappointment after another. ... show more

Exactly what I ordered, very good product, very comfortable, not too difficult to install, everything was there including the thing to help to put the screws screws in, would recommended for people who need a chair.

Rating this was difficult. Chair is nice and comfortable. The massage pillow that came with it did not work and another pillow had a broken clip. The sellers was very nice, responsive and quick to send a replacement, unfortunately they looked used. After having the chair for a couple weeks and used maybe 5 times the spring that raises and lowers the chair broke. So we sent it back for a refund. These are the only reasons I rated 4 star and not 5 but I would still recommend this seller. As they say "sh*t happens" and I don't fault the seller at all.. Will probably order again in a couple weeks. ... show more

    • Narrow, deep seat
I bought this to replace the one my son trashed and to tide me over until I am allowed to go back to the office. The seat is narrow for a woman's hips (or, likely, for someone large or heavy). Perhaps because of the squeeze on my hips, I find that the chair seems deep. I finally mounted both pillows (with and without massage) so I could lean back. I haven't yet used the massage function since I don't have a place to plug it in which is not in front of me, potentially causing a hazard. ... show more

This product is not for controller/console gaming. It is purpose built for PC. The leg rest bends when I put my legs on it. The arm supports aren't adjustable, which really sucks. The chair looks cool but is a total waste of money for me. I'm giving it to my wife to replace her crappy office chair she uses for online college. It's decent quality, but if I were the makers of this chair I would make the leg rest more solid and arm rests adjustable. Also, the bottom part, the seat, is too long. It is pretty cool that the height of the seat is adjustable and that the backrest goes up and down like a legit car seat, hence this review not being 1 star. ... show more

    • Would lower weight limit recommendations
The chair started out great. However, after 15 days of use the welding on the seat broke. My son is 5’11” and 220lbs and the weight limit is 300lbs. I bought 2 chairs from different companies and the second chair seems to be much better constructed in the welded area. I did an exchange on this, but when it gets here I believe I will just return it and go with the other company. I would not recommend this chair to anyone over 200lbs. For the time it took to assemble, then it has taken 3x as long to disassemble and a lot more work just to send back. ... show more
