This mattress worked great for us. Spent the night out of town and opted for this instead of the bar under a sofa sleeper. Kept the air... Maybe a little softer the next morning due to temperature and the stretch of the vinyl. It sleeps more like a soft side water bed (which we sleep on). Inflated quickly... deflated quickly. My only issue is the floor was cold... That transfered to the air in the mattress, so we got cold. Covered the mattress with a fuzzy blanket, then a fitted sheet .. problem solved and we had a good night's sleep. I would not plan on using this for a long time...it's only vinyl. ... show more

The middle feels like it is over inflated and the sides feel like they collapse. I let air out to see if it would help, but it didn’t. I prefer air mattress to be firm, and supported, but this one did not meet my standards. The customer service was extremely helpful and responded in a very courteous manner. Inflates quickly; also deflates quickly prior to storage. Guest who slept on it said it was very comfortable. Just need to "air it out" for a few days before use, due to plastic odor. Odor goes away after a few days.

I got this air mattress because I am helping friends move across the country and when I inflate it for the first time ever, air leaks out of the pump. I have turned it to off, unplugged it, and it still leaks air out the self inflate turner. I tried to look at other reviews or videos and I cannot figure out why it is leaking air. I will now have to just sleep on the floor because of this after driving across the US. Not worth the money, the transportation, or the effort. Buy any other air mattress. This one is useless ... show more

The first mattress sent to me had a giant hole in the plastic on the bottom and was completely unusable the first weekend I took it out. A call to customer service had a new one sent out to me in a couple days. I unfortunately took too long to send the first one back and was charged for it again. I recently bought a patch kit for it as it’s a very obvious hole but it still deflates during the night. The second one was good for several uses before it developed a slow but had to fill it 2-3 times during the night leak. I have been unable to locate the source of the leak on that one. Now I’m out over $120 and have two semi unusable mattresses. The Queen is a great size and height and while it is a bit heavy, it does come with a decent carrying bag and inflates within a five minutes. The auto deflate is a really nice feature as well. I really wanted to love these air beds as I felt they were a great value and would have been perfect if only they were a bit more durable. ... show more
