I was not sure if this was going to help me because I had and have so many pillows and wasn’t happy with them. I thought I’d give this a try and as much as I tell people how much I love it I can probably do a commercial for it because my bones as so sore all the time and this was something of a surprise to me. I never slept so good and for once in so many years I can wake up without pain in my hips and back. I used to have a down feather bed and finally gave it to my daughter and regret it but my bed was getting feathers all over it and now she uses it for her dogs, lucky dogs. I never thought I’d find something that would or could compare to that feather bed but I have and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my pillow. I’m not nor ever have I been pregnant but I do have ehlers danlos syndrome which means I dislocate my joints OFTEN- hips shoulders and pelvis a lot in my sleep. My Physical therapist mentioned this to help support me while I sleep. I’ve had it a year. Ofcourse I didn’t get it before I tore my cartilage by dislocating my shoulder in my sleep so many times and had to have it repaired last fall but I got it right before surgery and it did allow me to sleep on my back for atleast 8 months. Although the only thing that bothers me now. Is now that it’s a year old. It’s really flat. And “fluffing” is not working. I wish I would have gotten the longer one though as I like to wrap it around my back and under both legs as well. ... show more

    • Tips to maximize comfort

At first I had a hard time with this pillow. I adapted it and now I can’t sleep without it. My 3 tips to maximize the comfort level are: (1) wash it before you use it. I have sensitive skin and made the mistake of trying it before washing it. Hives/irritation resulted. (2) at least at first, wear long pants with it so your skin doesn’t touch the fabric. This helped me avoid skin irritation until I had worn in the pillow. You can get super soft sleep pants from gap body (3) use it upside down from how the product picture shows. Having the bottom of the U shape under my head didn’t work because it wasn’t enough support for my neck/head. I use it upside down so that I can still use my own pillow. Works great! ... show more

This pillow is amazing!! I wish there was a way to keep the stuffing up by the head better. I just hold it by the feet and shake the fluff down. I also wish it was a little longer. I’m 5’6” and it’s just barely long enough when I have my knees bent but I’d love to straighten my legs out a little more. I love having both sides supported! I bought this because it kept waking me up turning from one side to the other and having to move my knee pillow around under my blankets. Now I can toss and turn without waking up so I’m sleeping much better! I am not pregnant, but need that front and back support. I also like to use the legs under my knees when I sleep on my back to flatten my back out. Overall, I think this pillow is amazing!! The only improvements I’d ask for is a way to keep my fluff when I want it and need it. And make it a little longer so it can be used with my legs stretched out a little longer. ... show more

I love this pillow. I had one from a prior pregnancy and used it every night. I use this one when sleeping and sitting so it adjusts well. It’s not too firm or too soft. It’s not very heavy. The pillow seemed to help a little at first, but within a week the filling got bunched down in the bottom and the area around the head and shoulders flattened out. I had to buy extra stuffing as fluffing it did not help. I am usually a back sleeper and have had a hard time transitioning to my side and have still been experiencing hip pain even with the pillow. I regret not buying a style that curves around between knees since this one the sides tend to separate from you.
