This is a cute little bike but the charger/battery does not work. The bike would not charge at all on the first night after following all of the directions. The light on the charger was supposed to turn red to show that it was charging. It stayed green no matter where it was plugged in. We returned this item and ordered a replacement. The replacement bike charged fine on the first night and my grandson rode it one day. The next day it charged but would only go very slow. After one more time of not being able to charge we returned the item. The date on the bottom of the bike was over two years old. This is very disappointing that it is still being sold with this known issue. ... show more

I bought this for an 8 year old. He loves it and it a great bike. It's age appropriate with speed and complexity. However, I wish the battery lasted longer. It lasts for about 1 hr no matter how long the bike is charged.

Garbage DO NOT BUY!! I bought this item for my niece and nephew to ride while on family vacation. Unboxed and followed instruction to let charge overnight. In the morning it would not work, so I investigated and the evidence would recognize throttle response but the motor wouldn’t engage. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another ecu I installed and charged the scooter. Same thing happened. I email the associate that mailed me the ecu and they said it was the throttle. So they mailed me a new throttle. Hoping it would work after I have went through all this nonsense I find that it isn’t not the throttle. Must be a defective engine. I asked the associate if I could send this on back in exchange for a new one and he informed me that I can not. So DO NOT BUY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. ... show more

Reviews indicate product doesn’t work. And there is no way to get manufacturers support. Replaced product once as it appears many others did too. And still replacement didn’t work either. Amazon should pull this vendor and stop offering this product. Disappointing experience for no reason.
