3mm? really? It is thinner than a 1mm pad that comes with a laminate. lay this on the floor and put a piece of laminate on and measure to see how thick it is. Quietwalk on the other hand, is a real 3mm pad because it is twice thicker on this.

I professionally install flooring. There is tape on only one side of film. So one side sticks up as the other tries to adhere to the floor. It doesn't adhere. Clean floor, no sticking. When you install flooring and tap one plank into the other, it will scrape half of the film off. Beyond annoyed and frustrated with the product. ... show more
