I don't know which model some of the people reviewing this received but the one I ordered didn't have grommets and wasn't supposed to according to the description. It was easy to assemble although it does take a little time. It took me about 5 minutes to put together the basic screen (no water weights or tie downs) the first time. I'll probably be able to do it a little quicker next time around. I have a pretty weak projector, and it was fine in a dark room. I don't suspect it will hold up to scrutiny if you're trying to use it with a high quality projector and want perfect video quality, but at this price point, I think it's pretty good. The screen itself was very flat and didn't show wrinkles. The fabric is a thin lycra like material that stretches over the frame so it isn't wrinkled. If you're looking for something super high quality for some sort of high end viewing this isn't for you, but if you're looking for a screen for an outdoor movie night with the kids, it's fine. I mostly use this screen indoors. It works perfectly although you absolutely have to watch out for the height of your room. It barely fits. I give it 4 stars because it meets my need, but see below. Here are some honest things I noticed: Pros: -fabric is nice and stretchy, a bit see through, but does the job best in a dark environment; good quality and almost feels like spandex -I liked the black framing; allowed me to adjust my projector better -Nice carry bag Cons: -if you’re not careful, the corners can easily rip because you have to stretch it out to fit in the corner piece -not heavy at all... which means this thing on a windy day will probably topple over. Even with the included stakes that attach to four small holes on the feet, the thing still needed more support because it can be too heavy; even indoors I usually put something on the bottom to weight it down. -even indoors, the screen doesn’t stand up straight. It’s a huge screen but I wish there was a better frame to mount it -set up inside was a pain. It’s huge and you have to contort the light aluminum legs. I also set it up outside a few times and I was extremely scared of grass stains and dirt stains. The way you have to set it up is to insert the two side legs first and stand it up to avoid that... but it definitely takes two people because the thing can be flimsy and topple over. -corner stitching definitely will break in repeated use. I don’t move mine often, but even the few times that I have moved it, the fabric is already fraying. -Wrinkles are present near the joints. Yes, it's cloth. Yes, it's not super sturdy. But for me that's a good thing! Depends on what you're looking for. It's easy to set up and take down (add small weights to the feet). Very portable. It's not heavy so very easy to transport. You can take it down and all of the parts fit in a very small area that you can put away. If you don't have a lot of space, you can put it up for movie night and then take it down in an instant. If you're doing a theater room then you shouldn't be bargain shopping anyways. This isn't for a fancy theater room. It's for a mobile, instant setup take down, sort of situation. If you want to maximize a smaller space, try it out! It's at a great price point too! ... show more

Made of pvc structure. I wish there was a pvc section on the bottom of the actual screen to make it more rigid. 2 quality issues- the weighted bags are not well made. 2 out of 4 are broken within 1 week. The zipper to the bag broke immediately. Note- if you want to rear project the narrowing of the pvc in the back will cast shadows, so you can’t use the full screen. Every single day im working and i have a baby too so im also taking care of her. We never have time to go to the movie theater. Even if we could, we cant because we have a baby. So i thought of a idea, If i could just bring the movie screen into our house. Then we could watch it at home. I know this sounds crazy. So i went on amazon and i searched up portable projector screen. It showed us alot and i didnt know which one to buy. After i saw this price i thought it was a good deal. it’s 100 inch too! 16.9 HD 4K, it works outdoor and indoor which is amazing, cause we have a big yard. at night with my family we could just sit outside and enjoy the movie. We got this to try it out. When we got this Projector screen. At 1st the case when it arrived was so small. We thought they sent us the wrong one. When we got it all set up, it was a huge suprise This was what i wanted. When we closed the lights and we were about to start the movie, it felt like the movie theater’s screen was actually at our house. It has a really big screen! it’s easy to set up and very light. Not hard to move around at all. This is good for a movie night. instead of paying or anything you got a big screen right here. Make some popcorn and snacks and there you go! I suggest: if the portable projector screen is used inside and you have a little kid,i would suggest you put something heavy that can hold the bottem so it wont tip or fall.
