I am a customer service rep who WFH answering calls 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week & wanted to purchase a good quality, comfortable, wireless headset to replace the cheap, uncomfortable wired headset that was provided to me by my employer & I'm soooo happy that I decided to purchase this headset! Let me tell you about it: *Crystal Clear sound quality-I can hear my callers so much better now with this headset and I've been told that they can also hear me a lot better as well. Their voices sound so much clearer and sharper with this headset, I used to have to keep asking them if they could repeat what they said, which I know was super annoying, but I couldn't hear them that well with my previous headset, now I'm able to hear them so much better and don't have to keep saying "I'm sorry, but could you repeat that?" so that alone is such a huge plus! Very simple & easy to pair-This is the most easiest headset that I've ever had to pair with my laptop! It comes with a USB A dongle (LOL sorry, that's such a funny word!) and all you need to do is just plug it into your laptop, no need to download any drivers or software! With my wireless headphones, it used to drive me nuts because I would have to download a driver, then go to my sound settings and make sure that the system we use for our phone at work has the headset device linked up, and I would think I had it all set, until I received a call and wouldn't be able to hear them because I missed something in the sound settings. This headset is so simple, I plug in the dongle (LOL), and it's ready to go, I don't have to mess with my settings or anything! When I pair it with my Bluetooth on my phone, it's also very simple. I just go to my Bluetooth settings and then pair with the headset, turn my headset on and it says "Pairing....your headset is connected". Easy Peasy. *Extremely good noise cancellation-Working from home, it's so easy to get distracted by my family members in my home, they don't always understand that even though I'm at home, they should try not to disrupt me lol so wearing my old headset, I could hear the TV's and/or music playing in the background which was very distracting at times, now with this headset, I don't hear any background distractions, which makes my job so much easier! *Very comfortable-This headset is extremely comfortable! My poor ears used to ache at the end of my work day from wearing the headset all day long, but this headset is so nice and cushy and I've noticed that my ears are no longer achy at the end of the day which is so nice! Long battery life-I have a pair of wireless headphones that I tried to use instead of the wired headset I rec'd from work, but quit using them because they didn't last all day, I would be in the middle of a call at work and next thing I knew my headphones would die on me! This headset lasts a whole day, maybe even longer, but I'm not sure because I'm in the habit of putting them on the charger every night to make sure they're ready for my following work day. Super nice charging dock-I absolutely LOVE that this headset comes with a charging dock! It makes it so much easier to remember to hang them up on the charger at the end of the day. The charger has an indicator light that blinks while it's charging and then turns solid blue when it's done charging and it doesn't take very long to come to a full charge, maybe about an hour. Another cool feature that I just discovered is on the back of the charging dock, there's a little spot for you to put the USB dongle for when you don't need to use it, that is so nice because it's so small and very easy to lose! This headset is a wonderful choice for anyone working from home, gamers, or even just to watch TV, movies, or listen to music (which also sounds great with this headset BTW, you can hear the lows, mids, and highs in the music so well). I've had these headphones for a month plus and from day 1 the sound quality has been great, noise cancellation definitely works. It's easy to use, recharge and connect to my devices. It charges very well and at a very fast pace. When battery is fully charged it lasts a very long time. The headphones are very comfortable on ears. When wearing headphones the sound is very clear and crisp. The mic is very good it translates your words very clear and it works very well with virtual platforms. These are quality headphones and the price is very affordable. I would definitely recommend these headphones ... show more

As a veteran IT professional of 40 years I look at new digital devices with a very critical eye. I have used many headsets for work and pleasure, both wired and Bluetooth and the KH120M headset is is one of the very best I have used to date. Fist,the headset is basically simple to set up. On modern Bluetooth systems pairing is a snap and hard to mess up. But if you do, it is easy to erase and start over. On older systems the included USB dongle also easy to set up and performs just as well as newer devices. Second,the headset is light, comfortable and barely noticeable while in use. The over the ear cushions are especially comfortable and do not give you the "pinched head feeling". The sound quality in the A2DP mode is exceptional over the entire audio spectrum. In the HFP mode the voice quality both in and out is crisp and clear with no annoying scratchiness. I tested the KH120M on both SIP and VoIP architectures and both delivered outstanding voice communications. Third, the voice boom is constructed so it is not in your face and is basically out of sight allowing you to have unobstructed vision and is a great feeling on long calls where you have to constantly reference documentation. Also, the boom rotates 270 degrees so you can position the headset boom on either the right or left side of your face. Fourth, the KH120M comes with a charging stand that is a super plus on a crowded desk or work station. The stand is simple to use and gives you a visible charge status. I used the headset for about 30 hrs. before I set up the charging stand and was amazed how easy it was to set up and how fast the KH120M was fully charged. If you do not want to use the charging stand the KH120M has USB-C connection port that can be used with any USB-C cable. The basic construction and engineering of the KH120M is top notch. All components of the KH120M are high quality and the layout and functionality are well thought out. I have used the KH120M on several systems including Lenovo, HP, Dell and Samsung with the following OS's Linux, Windows 10 and Android. There were no problems or degraded service with any of the above. In terms of quality, performance and price you can not beat the KH120M and I highly recommend it. ... show more
