It is really nice and powerful! The assembly wasnt too difficult, and it had had a helpful tag about oil to buy for it. It is fairly easy to start. I had to adjust it and it still feels hard to push. It did a great job in my yard.

    • Wheels broke after one year!!!
I purchased this lawnmower for my husband for his birthday a little over a year ago. It had a three year warranty, which was one of the reasons I purchased it after one year. The plastic wheels on their split in half the lawnmowers only use four months out of the year. Customer service is horrible you can’t get a hold of them and then when you do they tell you they’ll send new wheels out just pick the part number well this has been going on for weeks and still they have not responded to me so if you’re looking for customer service support, this is not the lawnmower for you! You will not get any help from customer service and you can forget about the warranty. It means nothing. Here’s the kicker I own their snowblower. I will never buy another one from this company again. That is the only reason I bought this junk of a lawnmower. All I was asking for them is to replace these plastic wheels and I do mean plastic wheels. There is absolutely no support from this company, and again Quality means nothing to them. ... show more

    • Nice, Simple, easy and effective lawn mower.
I liked the packaging, it came out of the box folded with all instructions and parts clearly labeled. I added the proper oil, pulled it through a few times. Added new gas, primed per instructions and it started on the first pull. Has a nice smooth Put Put sound to it, strong in high grass. well made, no complaints for the price. ... show more

Great lawn mower for the price. Has all extra features. You don't have to be super strong to start the lawn mower it's lightweight and has great Mobility. And my grass looks good

    • Good and bad
This mower is very powerful and will mow grass that's a foot tall--believe me, I know this! So that's the good part. The bad part is the blower attachment on the side. It's fine in just regular grass but in tall grass, as the grass rubs against it, it will fall off in about 15 seconds. Mine fell off and then got chewed up by the blades. There are holes in the plastic blower attachment and mower so I'm going to have to have my handyman put screws in to keep it in place. The mulcher is easy to attach but with grass as tall as mine, I can mow for about 5 minutes (no exaggeration) and then I have to empty it! Worse than that, once I do empty it, the mower will NOT start up again! So I can only do little sections of my 1/2 acre field that needs the mowing! Maybe the mower's not starting again because it's hot? I have no idea but this is totally unacceptable! The height adjustment is fairly easy but are plastic so they may break off at some point. So it has design flaws and is made of cheap material but it does cut well IF you can get it started. ... show more

Bought for my campground worked as expected no issues. Definitely not big enough for a large yard. But perfect for smaller ones.

Easy set up, easily started, easy pushing. Only downside, the bag fills fast so I switched to the side chute. Other then that I love my new mower.
