  • This works great for the value!!
The changer works great. I haven't had any issues with it. It's definitely worth the money! I recommend it to a few friends of min's and they bought it to.

  • Incredible colors, awesome sound, virtually no input lag!
Basically all of the of the above. I was super concerned there would be some input delay, but surprisingly there was none. I tested it out immediately on Megaman 8 because theres a few parts that require super quick button presses at precise timing. Any more than a couple frame delay makes this task impossible. I successfully did it multiple times just to test! I suspect RGB requires less intensive processing to convert into HDMI than other connection types because i have tested a lot of cables and converters and mostly all add input lag. This one does not! The only con is that you get some motion blur, like on mostly every old console with an HD tv. Doesn't bother me at all, as the picture is super crisp otherwise and i would much prefer a little blur over slow input lag! Overall, I love this cable! ... show more

  • Saturn, nothing else matters.
Classic gaming, we all have some kind of past with it. Upon receiving this cable, my love for old games has been rejuvenated! The smooth clear picture on my 40" TV leaves me in awe. The Saturn has never looked so good! Now, this item DOES need a usb power source to work but it comes with the correct cable, you just may need an AC adapter. However, if you have owned a smartphone in the last 5 years then you have many of these adapters. This link cable also works great for streaming Saturn games! ... show more

  • For sure better than the Chinese AV2HDMI boxes
First off, I just got this today in the mail. I was previously using one of those cheap HDMI converters that I bought off eBay years ago. I haven't used this thing extensively yet (and I will update this if anything changes) but all I can say is WOW I love this thing. It totally changed how my game looks. I didn't take a before picture but the game just looks so crisp. I'm using a monitor tho that probably displays the video a bit better than some TVs might but I can say there is only one down side. I didn't actually realize this before buying it but it doesn't allow you to switch between 4:3 and 16:9. I know other things around the same price do. Not that I would want to stretch my image out but I think it would be a nice option. Regardless, I still give it a 4 out of 5 because it is WAY better than I was expecting. I was worried after seeing some feedback that wasn't so positive, but until I can afford a retrotink, this is definitely a doable option. ... show more

  • Beware when buying this adapter.
This is my 3rd cable from the pound manufacturer. Usually it's not bad for what you're getting but this adapter has given the most issues. Adapter has an issue of over heating. This causes a static sound to gradually become louder and louder until you’re forced to mute the game. Along with this adapter also having the of L and R audio source being reversed. So with that I can't recommend this cable for others. ... show more

  • Did not work, felt like it wasn't connecting right.
Like the title, didn't feel like the plug bottomed to the sega saturn. I tried lightly to maneuver the plug and apply a light pressure to push in. Pulled it back out to check pins, none were bent. I thought my original Saturn's output went bad, so I bought another one, same model #1. Didn't work on that either. Plugged original plug and that works on both ( my daughters t.v.) mine is alot newer with only Hdmi. Guess I wasted $40. ... show more

  • Great solution for retro gaming on HDMI
I have recently been setting up a lot of my vintage systems and without most TV's in the house having S-Video connections and even component connections I needed a way to get HDMI. These Pound HD Link cables have worked great for getting my old systems to play on my new 4K LED TV in my man cave!!! They are easy to setup and so far have worked great for my Saturn and my Dreamcast. If you are looking for a way to play your vintage game systems on a new TV you cannot go wrong with these Pound HD cables. Very happy with them so far. ... show more

  • Hd link cable for Sega Saturn
A ok product it's not as bright and and crisp as you think it should be compared to other products like hyperkin HDTV cable support 720p with 16:9 or 4:3 is a better product .
