I received my sauna today. I was so excited I immediately set it up. It took just under 10 minutes and I did it myself. I hooked up the power and held my breath. Pow the steam started to fill the box. This box is tall I'm 5'9" and my son is 6'4" We both fit in there comfortably. It also comes with a chair. It has little pouches to put things in. I can not tell you how excited I am to have purchased this sauna I have to admit I was a little nervous thinking it wouldn't work it would be hard to set up. I'm so glad I was wrong and gave it a chance. It is totally worth it. I actually can't wait for the snow. It doesn't take up much room you think it would I can go on and on well worth the money they also have a thank you card with contact information if there is a problem and promise to fix it in 24 hours. My wife and I have been eyeballing saunas for a couple of years. We were seriously considering purchasing a wooden steam sauna for several thousand dollars. Before we ordered it, I recommended we try this sauna. After almost 2 weeks of continuous use, we love this thing. It took about 15 minutes to setup. Follow the instructions regarding performing a couple of sessions without anyone in it. During use, I highly recommend that you give it 10 minutes to warmup before getting in. Once inside, this thing has you sweat! I typically do sessions at the maximum temp while my wife likes it a bit cooler. Be sure to clean it regularly to extend the life of the sauna. All in all, this is an excellent entry point for a sauna in your home for less than $200. It’s a solid recommend from me. ... show more

I previously had a pop up indoor sauna and it was nice to finally be able to do it. I love that it it had free gifts. They were really nice. I love the quality and construction. Of the sauna I love that it comes with a full size chair. I also love that it came with a mat. They really thought of everything. It’s very easy to use and get set up. The media could not be loaded. I was a bit hesitant about this, thought I give it a try as I been having some back pain & breathing problems. This works great! Exactly as if I was in the sauna after the gym! It produces a lot of steam, I keep the setting at #5 which is the middle, give it about 10-15 min to warm up and then get in, the steam machine is powerful! Remember to run the steam machine a few times before using it, it says it in the manual, at first I did it with the "tent" closed but you should do it with it open, at least 3 times so the smell from the plastic goes away. when I first saw the chair I laughed cause it was tiny but it actually works great and it's comfortable enough to sit on it for 15 min. Recommended usage of sauna around 15 min per day ideally 3-4 times a week. Helps with repository issues, immune system, blood pressure, skin, pretty much everything! For now is temporarily in the bedroom but will be moving it in the bathroom, I just didn't realize it was not gonna fit through my door! Haha...I've been using it often so been lazy to disassemble it although its very very easy to do so. ... show more
