I've had now for about a week this is my opinion: The setup was incredibly easy. It came with clear instructions and was simple to assemble without any tools required. Within minutes, I had a fully functional steam room ready to use. The controller is a bit wonky (power button doesn't work sometimes), but all other buttons worked just fine). The inside really gets hot and produces a lot of steam after about a 10 minute prep period. I have done at least 3 30-mins sessions and was dripping in buckets of sweat instantly. Overall, my experience with the portable steam room has been fantastic. It's a fantastic investment for anyone looking to bring the benefits of steam therapy into their home without the hassle of a permanent installation. Highly recommended! ... show more

This sauna box is excellent It heats up pretty quickly and will surely have you sweating in just a few minutes. I love that it comes with a remote so I can adjust it when I am inside the box when it gets too hot for me. I love this sauna. If you want to unwind while increasing your health benefits you can't go wrong with buying one. Please take a hand towel inside with you as you will sweat.
