It’s perfect for a ball python temporary enclosure (for some enrichment fun or holding area while cleaning out actual enclosure). It does feel flimsy and could close in on itself a little if it gets bumped hard. The zipper also does seem like it could easily break/or wear down - the quality just isn’t there which is why I personally don’t think it’s good for bigger animals like dogs since they weigh more and can accidentally destroy this without actually meaning to. This playpen is easy to set up and durable. Our dog liked it very much. A few improvements will make it better: 1) the door is held up with Velcro but you must to roll it up first and the match the two little squares of Velcro. Not practical. 2) more critical is the fact that it tends to colapse. Make sure you supervise your puppy at all times. Our puppy is 12 weeks old and weighs 4 pounds. He knocked it down once and got out. The second time he attempted to get out, the playpen collapsed. ... show more

I loved everything about the design colors convenience of this product. And it was wonderful for my puppy. Except for the fact that she really can't see through the net. So it caused her more anxiety. I will try another one. That is clear, but this is a great product. Came with a carrying bag and everything! This one size is better for a smaller puppy or dog. Purchased to help new kitten adapt to house and older cat. Unfortunately, the kitten managed to rip the bottom and created a big enough hole that we couldn’t use it. Item only lasted 1 week. Easy to set up, but playful kitten was able to tip over.

it’s just as advertised. few things to note, though: the bottom isn’t leak proof. my stinky lil’ puppy peed in there once, and it seeped onto the floor. it’s no big deal. just toss it into the washer with some detergent, dry it, and it’s good. i recommend peepee pads if you can’t watch your dog a lot. when i put it into the dryer, the top zipper flap came off. i thought it broke, but it didn’t. you can just put it back on easily. it’s removable. my puppy isn’t house trained whatsoever, but whenever i tire her out with playing and exercise, she’ll go into the playpen and sleep in her bed no problem. i suggest you do the same. happy buying. :) ... show more

This is a playpen for newborn to baby pups, once my pup started to grow around 3-4 months he was busting out of this thing, and he is a toy poodle. It's not the sturdiest pen but will get the job done for newborn puppies. I used it when I first picked up my puppy on the bed to put his pee pads inside, so he didn't have to get off of the bed to tinkle. I also doubled it as a guard to keep him from falling off the bed.
