Features

  • Heavy-duty Material : Made of polyethylene with 3 layers( a layer of permanent sealing adhesives, a layer of tough braided material and a layer of waterproof plastic film), which is long-lasting, tear resistant and supporting long-lasting use.
  • Great Adhesion: Permanent adhesive patch to cover up or protect the underneath of your RV. When placed over holes and tears, the repair tape bonds tightly to the bottom closure material PERMANENTLY. Eliminate taping the rips and tears in your underbelly repeatedly.
  • Easy to Use: Cut a strip of tape slightly longer than the opening, then stick the tape and press the edge of the tape firmly so that the tape can be tightly bonded to the underbelly material. It would stick stronger if using a blow dryer or heat gun, apply heat to the tape. Do not overheat.
  • Universal Use: This tenacious tape can repair damages underneath RV caused by debris on the road or a tire blowout and repair mobile home underbelly damage caused by animals and people making repairs; It was used to block off areas to prevent air, debris, or from entering.
  • Clean Before Using: Thoroughly clean surface and ensure that the area around the torn part is clean and dry before applying the repair tape, otherwise the belly tape would be easy to peel off.

  • How to get this stuff to work like a champ!
Size: 6'' x 20'
This stuff works like a champ. It can repair the underbelly material of an RV like nobody's business. I have an RV and Toy Hauler and this is all I used to do the repairs I had to do on the underbelly. Basically the material for an RV underbelly cover is like a 4-6mil tarp material that is very strong and durable. Because it is not normally exposed to direct sunlight it can last a long time but sometimes they can ripped because of running over a very high rock, or a stick pokes up in there and tears it, or perhaps you had to do some mods or fixes to your RV and you had to get in under the floor and cut your way up from the outside. This stuff is almost the exact same material and it is sticky as hell. Here is how to make work like a champ: Pro-tip: 1. First, prep the surface. This is really basic stuff and we all know that you should prep the surface and we all get lazy from time to time, but the complaints about it not sticking are obviously bad prep jobs or people who didn't prep at all. Clean off any dirt with a sponge or the like and let it dry. Then give it a quick shot of denatured alcohol to make the surface pristine. Let the alcohol dry for a minute or two and put this stuff on and it will stick like it was meant to and it will never come off. 2. Tape from both the inside and the outside if you can. When I was doing floor repairs I had access to both sides and taped both sides and the tear is now stronger than the rest of the underbelly material because it's doubled up and because I prepped, it is never coming off. 3. Get more than you think you'll need, it goes quick. I ran through more than I expected doing repairs and ran out. You must go well past the tear on each side to get the best strength so be sure to order enough. 4. You can use a little heat to make the material soft to pull it together if the rip has been there a long time and is really wide open. Prep the surface, use a heat gun and soften up the material, pull it together and slap this stuff on and bang, high and tight again. 5. Finally, if you have a big hole that is missing a bunch of material, put in a some backing screen or the like. Tape the screen over the big hole really well with the screen on the inside if you can. Then tape the outside and inside covering the screen entirely with a layer on both sides. This will keep the integrity of the material and you won't have any leaks and it won't come out if you do it right. Last tip: You can use this on tarps by using the same prepping procedure and the same times and it works absolutely flawless. ... show more

  • Make sure you Order plenty of it and keep extra on hand
Size: 6'' x 20'
Durability wise, I’d give it a 9.5 out of 10 and the quality of the tape you definitely get your moneys worth. It’s very strong adhesive and it’s not easy to puncture very easy to apply sticks to metals, vinyls whatever you need.

  • RV Tape
Size: 4'' x 20'
as advertised. Will stick to anything. I used it to repair the underside of my travel trailer. Works great.

  • If you don’t do it perfectly water will get underneath it, and it will basically cost more damage.
Size: 6'' x 20'
I put it on an area of the underbelly that was starting to fray and water was starting to wick through. However, I came outside after one rain and noticed that since there was tiny edges that weren’t perfectly smooth, rainwater got underneath it and was literally trapped under the tape. If you do not apply it perfectly and possibly caulk around the edges of the tape it will cause more harm than good. If it is going to be exposed to water, be careful. ... show more

I had a tire blow out while driving my camper which tore up the underbelly. I was able to easily fix by using this tape. It has held and lasted without issue.
