Ya know, as always, Pioneer just continues to go out of their way to impress me. These speakers had all the right equipment to install it in my very weird fitting doors. They work perfectly in all weather. I sunk my truck in a pond up to the doors, soaking the carpet whilst off-roading. These speakers STILL WORK, HOLY COW! I see a lot of mixed emotions about the Bass, well for me, I drive a 4 door Dodge dakota. This is a mid size truck, so maybe the space has something to do with it, maybe not. However, the bass is actually there. It vibrates my arms, back and butt, Also, the treble is outstanding. I listen to a lot of the same songs, and with these speakers, I've heard insturments I never heard before with my OEM speakers. If you're looking for a quality and affordable speaker pair for your vehicle that has great treble and quality bass. These are just what you were looking for. I used 4 of these on my 2011 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited Electra-Glide. I am powering them with a Pioneer DEH-5100bt head unit. You have to buy the 6.5 adapter rings for them to fit in the fairing, but they WILL fit in the tour pack speaker pod location in place of the stock 5.25 speakers with NO modification. Simply remove old speakers and install right into to your tour pack speaker pods. The stereo sounds amazing for under $300 investment with the harness and dash trim etc. I have done a lot of Harley-Davidson stereo and typically I have always used Sony but thought I would give these a shot because they are fairly budget friendly. They sound every bit as good as stereo systems I’ve built and spent more money on. Motorcycle stereos tuning is key so keep that in mind. These speakers will give you super high treble without distortion, and also give some pretty good low end so you don’t have the typical flat sounding motorcycle stereo. Highly recommend. These sat in box for months until I could find a new radio that wasn’t old tech even at high prices. Easy to install. All items included. First reaction was sounded horrid. Problem after investigating the radio installer didn’t ck all settings ! So once every boxed checked was happy for Soundbar in my jeep w other speakers ! ... show more
