Having used a few cables to connect my minimal home studio, I was in the market for a cable that was long, sturdy, and flexible. The Pig Hog 20' fit the bill. I connected it between my mixer (on one side of the room) and my guitar pedalboard (on the other side of the room). Why I set things up this way would take too much time to explain, but I'll just say that I had my reasons. The cable never snagged, was easy to connect, and had a heft to it that made me feel I hadn't paid money for something cut-rate. I see that others have commented on the sound of one cable versus another -- I didn't bother doing that, but I have no complaints about what I heard. My setup was this: Epiphone Goth Explorer --> pedalboard --> Pig Hog --> Beringer mixer --> computer. No complaints here. It worked for what I purchased it for and I didn't detect any high end attenuation or other problems. ... show more
