My wife and I have a German Shepherd who has really bad anxiety. This seems to help with that and provides a nice cave for him. However, we live in a very humid state, so I would recommend putting a fan near the kennel as to make sure the dog would not become over heated.

So, I have a large crate for a large breed, Cane Corso. It created a hovel so to speak as it is like a cave. My dog can be anxious, especially going into a crate, she still a pup. So we got this and she was hesitant to go in. But once we got her there, I believe it has actually helped her anxiety! I can put every side down and cover them. I leave the front open, but there is much less whinning. I have heard Corsos called 'velcro dogs' and this holds true as she sticks to my wife or anyone who is around if she isn't. I think they like the human touch, but this seems to have helped since we put it up. I think this is a great product for reducing anxiety alone. It has little paw prints everywhere too, which also 'warns' anyone if it is all covered that there is a dog in there. :) It's cute too! ... show more

I loved that it was a perfect fit for the crate. I loved that it had a little window on one side so that my baby could see us while still in there and covered. It helps block her cage from getting hit directly by the air vent so she’s not longer extra cold anymore. I feel like this gives her some privacy and a feeling of personal space now. And best part is she hasn’t tried to pull it in and eat it up. ... show more
