Not impressed at all. The hardware is good but the flex tube is of very poor quality... as are are the directions. If you choose to buy this item, be smart and drill at least a 2-1/8" hole on both sides of your wall. I made the mistake of following the directions, then spent extra time widening the holes with a round file enough to get the flex pipe through. Even though I made double-sure all edges were as smooth as could possible be, the tube still shredded and now the entire flex pipe is useless. See the attached photo. Check other reviews, I'm not the only one that noticed the poor quality of the flex tubing. Unfortunately I was too smart for my own good and bought it anyway. ... show more
