Finally, a printer that the Bluetooth connects and works! It took me two tries to get it to work. I followed the directions and installed the printer as a USB, then went back and installed as Bluetooth. That did not work. I uninstalled all the drivers, rebooted, and installed just the BLUETOOTH driver. It installed two separate printer drivers with this.BY-482BT_A4F0(this says driver unavailable. Do nothing to this! Leave it be) and a BY-482BT_Bluetooth printer. Make this your default printer. It works! Like a charm. Its a bit noisy, but that's ok. To start the reason for the 4 stars is because I had this things for Many months before I could use it. I even purchased a new laptop and still couldn't get it to work. Finally I called and set an appt with my computer lady and she got it set up. I have to go in and resize it every time I print a shipping label but I would think thats how it's suppose to be especially since you can print the circles. I love it now. ... show more
