Super cute paper cutter that is pink so it matches everything. I use this to cut scrapbook paper and cardstock into tags, bookmarks, paper envelope and coupon envelopes. It cuts great and I love the guard and it's pink so that is all that really matters.

    • Is what it is, an inexpensive paper cutter
Color: White
Pros: Inexpensive. The platform is metal, not plastic as expected. The blade came with anti-rust oil on it. The platform has a variety of inch, millimeter and standard paper size markings to simplify "position ruler" attachment placement. Somewhat better than scissors for making repetitive, multi-sheet cuts. Cons: Feet are not non-skid. Cutting edge of platform is also dangerously sharp. The hinge had a generous glob of lubricant on it that transferred to the cellophane accessories pouch packed under the platform (and my shirt, hopefully it will wash out). There is no blade lock as described; the accompanying leaflet says as much. If you try to pick it up by the handle, the blade will open. The "Warm Notice" (sic) says, "Although there is no safety lock design, as long as you press the blade onto the board after use, the blade will not bounce up at will." There is no spring mechanism, however, that would cause the blade to move on its own. Conclusion: Does what I need it to do, mostly cut stacks of 6-8 sheets of 24 lb. paper at a time into eight notepad size pieces. ... show more

As you can see in the pictures, it is still in the wrapper that it came in. The blade has multiple pits and there's damage. Not sure if this was used and sold as new, It looks like it was tested in Forge in fire And failed.

I like this paper cutter, but it doesn’t always cut straight. I have removed the guide, which is probably why it doesn’t cut straight. I find the best way for me to get a good solid cut on. This is to put my phone underneath the cut edge and turn on the flashlight so that I can really see where the cut edge is. it’s not a bad cutter, but it’s flimsy. ... show more

For the price and size, this is a very nice cutter. It reminds my of the big ones, only smaller. I also like that you can take the piece that holds the paper by the blade off and put back on. The other piece makes cutting a lot easier because you can mark your spot. My last little Fiskars cutter lasted for 10 years and I feel like this one will outlast it. ... show more
