My first one didn't work. Well, after receiving my second one with no problem, it might have been me. I might have had it locked. The battery last for ever! We don't use it every day, but I only have to charge it one every few months. My dog loves the water and the collar handles it without issue. I got the 2 pack because I thought that I might have to have one charging all the time, but I've never needed the second one. I also love the way that you can change the settings. Works exactly how it says it works! Has the sound, buzz, and shock. The levels of each is dependent on the pup. Not super expensive compared to other brands and has great battery life. Super easy to use. Only complaint would be that the adjustability is poor since you are given one large collar that you have to cut to fit. So, it's supposed to be able to do beep, vibrate or shock. It only beeps and vibrates. And even those don't work because even with the collar snug it still slides around so it can't detect when he's barking and therefore doesn't do anything rendering the collar useless. So, I wouldn't suggest it.

The collars worked as advertised and when I had an issue with one of the receivers their customer service team was able to take care of the issue quickly and replace the receiver that was not operating correctly with one that does. Overall I recommend this product both my dogs have not had any issues getting used to the collars and their behavior has improved with consistent use. ... show more

I can't keep affording to buy new collars all the time. These are great, especially for multiple dogs. But they stopped working after 3 months. Perfect amount of time so you can't get replacement or refund.

I used it mainly as a barking deterrent at night while my dog was adjusting to his new surroundings. It seemed to work well, he hardly barked at night after a few days and now I don’t even need to use it anymore, he does not bark at night anymore.
