    • Perfect for paddle board / Some Minor Install Issues
This was easy install, but did require some knowledge of hanging items. This doesn’t come with detailed instructions but if you know to find studs, you’ll be able to figure it out. I did have some issues with one of the bars that was supposed to slide onto the wall part. The bar was too wide for the opening. Thankfully I thought to hammer at it and was able to make the necessary adjustment without compromising the stability. The screws provided are sturdy enough but likely poor quality. If you’re not careful when drilling they could strip easily. Despite the install issues, I give this 5 stars because it’s exactly what we needed and looks great in our garage! ... show more

    • Sturdy Metal Surf Rack

I have been searching for a sturdy metal surf rack for my surfboards for a couple of weeks. I was finding wood and plastic products I didn't trust. I happened to stumble upon COR Board Racks on Amazon. I haven't heard of COR Board Racks, but I have found their product to be very sturdy and well made. The product comes with the required hardware for installation. Keep in mind, you may have to make changes based on your setup. In my case, I had to purchase longer lag bolts for a secure hold. I also found the four surfboard support arms to be very tight fitting. I don't mind the arms being snug, it adds to my appreciation and reassurance of COR Board Racks. I rotated the arms until they were close to the locking position and I used a rubber mallet to get the arms locked into place. Make sure to remove the rubber end-caps before using the rubber mallet, otherwise the end-caps will be ruined. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product and would highly recommend the product to anyone who asks. ... show more

    • Strong and easy to install
Very strong. Easy enough install. I stripped the first screw using a phillips in my drill to start. Luckily they also have hex heads, so I went and purchased the correct size, reversed it out of the wall and then installed it and the rest using the hex driver. It would probably also help if you drilled a smaller pilot hole, though it isn't necessary. Once the brackets were in place, the arms clicked into their spots in less than a minute. Put my first board up on the top rack. I have a second board arriving this week and the bottom spot will be ready! The padding seems thick and strong and should last a long time. These are very strong and I don't foresee andy problems with them. ... show more

    • Nice Racks!
Excellent quality materials. I used tapcon cement anchors in place of the screws the kit cam with. I mounted these in a utility room - install took about fifteen minutes. The horizontal support rods are retained with sturdy spring clips, similar to a beach umbrella. It's a nice feature, as you can remove your boards and support rods quickly if you need to clear the storage area around the boards, etc. The horizontal supports rods have good quality foam that doesn't slide and soft plastic end caps for protection. I store a 6'4" short board and a 6'10" fun shape on these racks. Barely touched what these things can hold weight wise. No problem recommending these. ... show more

Great paddleboard rack, but be careful with supplied hardware/bolts. Hang at your own risk if you are using the cheap bolts that are included. They snap. I suggest spending $0.15 each and buy four (4) new lag bolts. The size is 1/4" x 2-1/2". The rack itself is high quality, sturdy and durable. This rack also has a great foot print. The rack shelves are 10-1/2" apart, which is the perfect size to stack two boards INCLUDING the fin. The overall value of this product would be greatly increased if they spent an extra 40 cents cost and included quality bolts. Many people use these racks to hang their paddleboards in garages over cars and equipment. There is too much risk using these bolts. ... show more

Arrived in open box and obviously used. Hardware was inadequate for the job (drilled into studs but screws too short to be effective). The bars fell off the wall immediately upon placing the second SUP board - leaving marks and hole damage. The board was mostly saved though. Avoid this product if at all possible. ... show more

Totally happy with this item. I have two paddleboards (12' long) that I needed to get off the garage floor and out of the way. Easy install and looks very streamlined. Feels secure. Great racks. * Easy to install. Push button locking system secures horizontal racks to vertical support bar. * Lightweight but very sturdy * Padding is nice.
