It’s an amazing deal, as other benches, although more heavy duty, were costing 2 to 3 times as much! I use in home gym, with dumbbells, and its stable and comfortable. Easy peasy. I have a break down gym at home and a bench was one of the most important ingredients. I got this and although it can be a bit too light weight at times it performs in plenty of other ways. I use resistance bands and weights less that 25 lbs so I’m not super hard on it. Great for a home gym. Also comes 85% assembled! That’s a plus! ... show more

I love this is a great adjustable workout bench. The back can be fully adjusted to various angles. It is just what I need for my daily abdomen muscle training. At home without any thing or any body to hold on to my feet, I am not able to do abdomen muscle training. This bench super easy assembling, light weight, doesn’t take up too much space.
