The chair is nice. The description doesn't mention that the massage is a vibrating massage. If I would have know that I would not have purchased this product. It's winter, and my office hvac system isn't working, so I thought I'd buy this chair to feel cozy while working. I needed a heating function, to keep me warm in addition to the space heater etc. This chair, doesn't really heat up at all, except for body heat, and after sitting in the chair for about an hour gets up to about 80 degrees, which is the same as if it wasn't heated at all. As for the massage function, it's a vibrating function, which IMO is useless. You have to keep the chair plugged in to use the massage or heat function. Lastly, the chair is somewhat comforatable, the butt padding section has a weird bump in the mid point, which you can feel on your butt or thigh. The chair is fairly wide and deep, enough to sit cross legged on it (I'm 5'10, 200 pounds) and reclines pretty far back. The quality of the chair is appropriate for the low price.
