Husband tends to run hot while I am cold. We both prefer the room to be cold for sleep though so I usually end up doubling or tripling the blankets on my side of the bed so I can stay warm without giving him heat stroke. HOWEVER, this duvet is impressive in it's ability to breathe and maintain the perfect temperature for both of us.
