Lots of “this duvet is too thin/flat/flimsy/otherwise sucky” reviews. This particular duvet insert is supposed to be lightweight—that’s a feature. And why customers like me chose it. Any duvet insert is a component. It’s one part of a whole that, together with a duvet cover, composes a single comforter. The video is of how my purchase beautifully plays its part in that union. So if you flop this 250gsm/2lb duvet insert onto your bed expecting it to “be” a whole, fluffy, luxurious comforter, you are cruelly suffering it an existential crisis. It is supposed to be a lightweight duvet insert. It is great at that. It is not supposed to be a sumptuous, floofy comforter. It is crappy at that. You are mean for giving the thing an identity crisis. Go search “white, fluffy comforter” and get you one of those thicccc bad boys. Wrong size recieved . I ordered a king and recieved a queen. I am pretty sure this is also the lightweight version not the all year round.. as it is absurdly thin, but soft material. I contacted customer service and there was not even a way to email the seller. Not too happy.

King Size light weight - this works great in my duvet cover - just puffy enough to look great and feel cuddly, however light enough I can now pull my covers back up in the middle of the night without a big struggle. I can tell it is going to be warm enough so- happy! It immediately puffed up as soon as I let it escape from the plastic. Note that it had one of those little silica packs for humidity control so keep an eye out if you have dogs, cats, or little people around.
