It was nicely packaged with no missing parts. The only negative was that there were no written assembly instructions and the illustration was poorly printed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WORTHLESS PIECE!!! Hardware is extremely cheap. Bolt holes through the wood to the frame do not match up. Front coaster wheels are unable to hold the weight of a 25 horse motor and turn. Connection frames to the handles are flimsy and not secure regardless of how much tightened.

The media could not be loaded. Update... Having a hard time with this seller. Having a conversation STILL just to get 2 correctly cut 19 inch support tubes. . I'll give another update in a few days.... So i finally get to put this together after having it for a week. I opend the box and there's a ton of little metal beads rolling around the box. Didn't think about taking a photo of it till now though. No instructions as to how to put this together. Guess they think that a picture is good enough. I'm not sure how they think this is supposed to go together. Either they sent me the wrong parts or ive done something wrong. However, I'm pretty sure its not me. The back board is cracked all the way down and holes are in the wrong spot. Tire bar is to long and sticks out to catch on everything. Or the stabilizing bars are to short which I'm betting on is the problem.

This product arrives with a part list......and that is it. You are left with how to proceed to put it together. How it looks when completed is shown but not the steps to arrive to the finished product. Somehow or another I figured it out and ended up with a finished product that looks like it should. It is so cheap and very unfinished looking; lots of exposed tube ends with rough edges. The supplies included are very frustrating to put together. The slots in the bolt ends are very shallow and barely holds a screwdriver blade. Phillips head would have been 1000% better. I had to use a pair of channel locks to hold the screw end as long as I could before finishing with a screwdriver. If this item was $20.00 cheaper, I might consider it a good buy. If you are lookig for good quality, look at another product.
