I purchased a total of 24 adaptors for my keyboard class. With only 2 weeks of use, more than half of the adaptors have broken. The metal cap on the female end was not welded securely to the male prong, and falls off, causing all of the components inside to fall out.

On the NANYI 4PCS 1/4'' to (1/8'') 3.5mm Stereo Headphone Adapters, I have found they do not work consistently. All of a sudden, my headphones are cutting in and out. I've never had this before, except maybe on dollar-store purchases, so I can only believe it is the Nanyi causing the problem.
