This is really convenient to use. It's nice to not have to bend over to clean up after the dog, and with bags cleanup is really easy. Seems decently sturdy too. We've been happy with it.

    • Size Matters!
I have 3 large dogs & cleanup is a big job! I like the sturdiness (metal instead of plastic) of the scoop & the tools included with it. I also like the capacity of the bags. The only downside is that difficulty installing & removing the bag. I also had a hard time finding proper sized bags for it.

I got these to replace a pretty similar set that was all metal and got bent. This came in a bunch of pieces so I was skeptical at first but it's actually really sturdy. I don't use the bags for the bin because there's no way to not get poop on the outside of them and it's just not worth the hassle to me. It makes cleanup much easier though.     • A Good Scooper That’s A Little Pricey And I Wish The Handles Were Longer
Overall this pooper scooper is holding up well after a few months of substantial use. It’s surprisingly sturdy and durable, and, I’ve really learned to appreciate using the bags as liners for quick and easy disposal which helps keep the bin clean and cuts down on my time and effort. However, I’m 6’ tall and I find myself wishing that the handles were longer since I still have to bend down some to do the dirty deed. In my opinion, about 6” longer would be perfect but it’s not a huge issue. I do like this scooper and recommend it. ... show more

    • What an upgrade
We had a little bin pooper scooper that I got years ago when we got our first puppy, then we got a second, and the recently, we got a third. Our latest puppy is going to get bigger than the other two, and at 4 months, her poops are already twice the size of the other two. It was definitely time for an upgrade, and I am so glad I found this one. The bin is much bigger, there are two scooper tools to use, and I really appreciate that the bin stays closed, especially when the bin has been sitting in the sun, oh am I grateful. I like that there is a roll of bags included. We used grocery bags with our older bin, but because it was smaller, sometimes it's hard to keep the bag on tight, it does help that I like to double bag, but I think with this new bin, the grocery bags will fit on much better. Unless it completely falls apart on me, I don't see myself swapping this one out for any others. ... show more

With multiple dogs this set is just what I needed. Assembly is quick and easy as each extension snaps into place. The set comes with two different rakes which makes it convenient for the different size messes you may encounter. Solidly constructed, good set.

    • Mixed feelings but mostly positive
This scooper system is definitely an upgrade over the traditional metal scoop and rake I was using. It is much bigger, so I don't have to empty it as often (I only pick up once a week or so), and since the bucket rotates, I don't have to worry about spills. Is there anything more frustrating than picking up the same piece of poop multiple times? I've always wrapped bags around my scoop, but it's nice that the bucket on this is specifically designed for that with the integrated clip on the side. Assembly is a cinch, and the connections are secure, BUT they are loosey goosey which I'm not a big fan of. The rotation function of the bucket is also a little awkward, but I appreciate that is at least sort of locks into place and isn't just free swinging. That helps tremendously with the dumping process. The materials are good quality, but the plastic has more give than my old metal scoop, so it's taking some getting used to. The system does stand up on its own, but again, there's a bit of a technique to getting the lid on the bucket so that it doesn't fall over, and I am still learning that. Despite my nitpicks, I do recommend this scooping system, especially if you're dealing with multiple "samples" at once. It's nice that bags are included, but once they run out, I'll just go back to using grocery bags. I may try to see if I can firm up the connections in the poles so they're not so jiggly. Or I may just deal with it. ... show more
