They're also equipped with a breathable XpressCool lining that pulls moisture away from the skin to keep you cool and dry. The flexible 4 mm neoprene in these men's rubber shoes adapts to the contours of your foot, reducing uncomfortable blisters and chafingThe rubber pod EVA outsole grips slippery surfaces for sure footing on wet, slippery and muddy terrain. A back heel loop and shorter shaft make it easy to pull these waterproof rubber shoes on and kick them off, making them a great choice for everyday chores and daytrips alike.     • Finally a waterproof slip on shoe my for a long and narrow foot
I bought a size 13 med.and usually need a 13 1/2 med. ( never find that size) and normally have to buy a size 14..I would say that they run a 1/2 size larger than a true 13.....Finally a water proof slip on that my 13 1/2 m foot does not fall out the shoe! I tried L. L. Bean Storm Chaser and also the ankle muck boot but I like this one.. I have a narrower foot and do not like my foot feeling lost in a shoe.... My heel does slide slightly in the Excursion but it is still comfortable. The elastic at the top gives a stable feeling and allows me to slip my index finger at the heel and easily slip on my shoe. I do not even use the loop.. If you have a more narrow and long foot I would try these. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wanted a better solid color option andI don't like wearing black shoes with shorts . I would have preferred a tan or lighter solid color other than camo. ... show more

I have worn other models of Low Muck Boots for years, and this is my favorite so far. My biggest criticism of my previous boots has been that they were slippery on wet grass or mud, but the new design for the soles on this pair seems a great improvement. I have regularly gone up and down a slippery muddy hill since I got these, and I have yet to slip once. The Express Cool construction is also an improvement. Since I got these, we have had weather in the mid-70s, and my feet are not getting as hot and sweaty as with previous Low Muck Boots. I would definitely buy these again. ... show more

They fit great. I love Muck Shoes but.........when I opened the shoe box it looked like someone took two different pairs and made one pair or mixed them up as the camo on the shoes weren't even close to each other. It looks like two entirely different patterns and one is bright and the other is dull. I live on a remote island in Alaska so I didn't send them back. Too much trouble so now I look like I have two different pairs of shoes on. Wish I could include a picture of them. Very poor quality control. A person should physically check on items in a box prior to shipping. My shoe box had been opened previously too as the tape sticker was cut!!! ... show more

I was looking for a good replacement for my old farm shoes, mostly something for light chores and gardening. These look like they will fit the bill, I am curious to see how well the sole stays bonded. They fit fine with socks, as expected, they are a little wide and without half sizes a little long without them. Not bad but without the socks they don't feel "stable under a load". I purchased these for my husband for Christmas. His older pair (different brand) was falling apart and leaking. Since he has a large foot, it was not easy selecting the brand/style best suited for him. He loves these! The fit is perfect. He wears them barefoot and with socks in our cold/rainy/snowy Ohio weather. We have a young dog that likes to go mouse and mole hunting in the woods often. I purposely ordered ones a size larger than I normally wear for a shoe because I wanted to insert an special insole to provide more support for my feet. I need the support if I plan to be on my feet extensively. And it has worked out very well. I was even able to retain the soft insole that comes with the boot.     • these required a little wiggle to get on but he's happy.
They were for Dad. He has worn crocks to putter in the basement/yard and always complained about slipping out of the them and how cold they were. He is also 74 and hates to bend over to put on shoes, these required a little wiggle to get on but he's happy.
