I had a countertop put in recently and with it a new sink. I went to the sink manufacturer for a grid to fit but I received one that was a bit too large. I trimmed the grid down so it would fit. My friend came bye and suggested that the grid, with my modification would poke a hole in the sides of the sink. He suggested I should check amazon to get one that fits. I did and chose this one which fits perfectly. Its done a great job keeping the bottom of the sink scratch free, I clean the grid down when it or the sink needs it. I needed a rack for my Kohler Lakefield sink. The custom fit sink rack has been discontinued for many years and the sink is not your typical dimensions. I chose this one because the dimensions were pretty close. It’s actually a little too big but they include enough rubber bumpers to cover the corners to prevent them from rubbing against the sink since the feet don’t actually touch the bottom. ... show more

I needed a sink grid to protect my new sink from scratches and scrapes. I measured carefully and it fit great. The rubber feet are a bit hard to keep clean but otherwise it is holding up well, though I have only had it about a month now. I had a sink grid in my old house that would have been too big for my new sink. I got this one hoping it would be as nice, and it proved to be nicer than the one I had previously! The feet and the bumpers are sturdier, they have never come off while washing. The previous sink grid that I had would lose the bumpers periodically and would get ground up by the garbage disposal. I love not having to lift it up to rinse crumbs and things that have come off the plates and dishes. It’s much better than a sink mat protector.
