I recently got this product to try and see if it would help with my migraines. I suffer from intractable migraines status migrainosus and I’ve tried everything from pills, Botox, biofeedback, Aimovig, and acupuncture to name a few to get my migraines under control. I have actually been hospitalized twice in the past 4 years due to my excessive and severe migraines. I was on my 5th day of an attack and decided to see if it could take the edge off the migraine and control my nausea. The powder is an orange/yellow color and is about 8 grams. I mixed it with 8 ounces of bottled water since I can’t drink the tap water where I live. It is very sweet tasting so I would recommend maybe 12 ounces of water to help with the taste. I also tried drinking it with hot water which that was a thumbs down for me. After drinking it, it took about 15-30 minutes before I started to notice the pressure easing in my head and the nausea seemed to go away. Intractable migraines can last for weeks so I drank this every morning for a week to see if there was a real difference. By day 3 my migraine had subsided and I started to feel a bit like a normal person again. Day 4 I woke up with a severe sinus migraine which was due to my allergies and it wasn’t fully able to clear the migraine away. The rest of the week while I took it, it did keep my migraines under control. During severe migraine attacks, I suffer from light, noise, and smell sensitivity, and nausea and am physically unable to leave the house. This actually helped with the nausea a great deal when my zofran didn’t help. I wanted to try a more natural method of controlling my migraines instead of taking prescribed pills with possible side effects. I’m just about allergic to everything and in the end due to the type of migraine condition I have, prescribed methods eventually stop working. I would rate this a 3.5 to maybe 4 stars in regards to relieving my migraines. If the migraine attack is swift and extremely severe it doesn’t relieve it. If I’m in the lower levels of a migraine where the pain is about a 5 out of 10, it does help them calm down to the point where I can function. I think I need to try it longer than a week to see if it really can help with the migraines. ... show more

I have frequent headaches and migraines (tension and crown, stress related mostly). I have an rx for sumitriptan but wanted something without the side effects. I mixed one to two packets in a glass of water or juice when I first felt signs I would get a headache or migraine. It worked to stave off the headache almoat evry time, and lessened the degree of pain, nausia and other symptoms of migraine. Even if I took it after the headache or migraine started it did help. I also rested, drank water, and took care of myself well to avoid it getting worse. Just like I do with my rx. I dont think it would work if you take it and still push through whatever your migraine triggers are. The difference between this product and taking nothing was I could have a far more comfortable day and recover faster. It works for me about the same as regular tylenol does, but in addition reduces nausea. The rx I take may completly stamp out a migraine, but it has its own side effects that are very intense like major dizzyness, cold sweats, nausia and confusion. I get extra fatigue from all that. In summary I find this is a very good and effective homeopathic alternative to both over the counter and prescription medication for migraines and bad headaches. Oh I almost forgot. The mix tastes suprisingly good!! No fake sweeteners in there either. Thank you for that as they only make migraines worse! ... show more

Today is my first day trying out this All Natural dietary supplement to help prevent my chronic migraine attacks which are pretty much every single day until now for 7 years. I have tried many medications and a few supplements. This new to me supplement is my first drinkable one and has several new ingredients that I have not yet tried that are anti inflammatory which I think is going to be great as I have inflammation via arthritis and well as migraine. The flavor is pleasant with a slight tang to it. Refreshing with the cold water I used to mix up the ingredients. I really like that it is pesticide free, non GMO and all natural. Will give an update in the near future after trying this over the next month or so. So far I give it a 4 star as I need to see how it goes over time before I can give it a 5... but this first time has been a good one. ... show more

Full disclosure: This company offered me a free product in exchange for an honest review. Full migraine relief is challenging. I enjoy trying all new products on the market in order to give the best suggestions to my clients. I am very happy with the ingredients in this supplement. Most of the ingredients chosen are evidence-based and shown to be effective for migraine relief. I would like a better breakdown of the quantities though. For instance, 2000 mcg of migraine blend doesn't mean anything - only that it has some turmeric, ginger, feverfew etc. Magnesium has a lot of evidence behind it as being effective but with a dose of only 70 mcg, it wouldn't make a difference at all. Most migraine sufferers need at least 400 mg (not mcg) of magnesium to make a difference. I'm not sure if that's a typo, but things like that make me not trust a product. For the overall taste, it's pleasant. I like that they use monk fruit instead of other sweeteners. Having one packet in a glass of water was much too sweet for me though and made me feel sick. I am now using the remaining packets as a sweetener for lemonade with 8 lemons (no other sugars) and that is the perfect sweetness level for me! ... show more

I like a lot this product because it is contains only natural ingredients. Including important for health: turmeric, curcuma and ginger. I mixed with one cup of water and drink it when I started to feel a migraine pain. And it is helps me a lot. In pack comes 20 packets. Highly recommended!
