The media could not be loaded. I love the look of this lamp, it's super sturdy and sleek. I bought it because I wanted a dimmable lamp, and the description and images showed that this lamp is 3-way dimmable. The lamp I received only has two brightness levels, both of which are EXTREMELY bright. And with the bulb being completely exposed, it gives me severe migraines, which was part of the reason I wanted this lamp--the product images showed the first brightness level is pretty low but that's not the case. Since the lamp I received only had two brightness levels I assumed it might have just been mine that was faulty, so I ordered a replacement and will update here once that arrives. You can see in the video I press the button once, the lamp turns on. I press it again, it gets brighter. I press it a third time, nothing happens. I press it again, it turns off. I've tried a lot times so I know I'm not pressing it too lightly or anything. Another thing that kind of bothered me was there was a tag on the cord with some sort of very stick adhesive. Since the tag wasn't secured down fully, it had been sliding around and about half of the cord was coated with this REALLY sticky adhesive. I had to wipe it down with some disinfectant wipes and it's all good now, but it did take some time and a bunch of wipes! The outlet that's on the side of the lamp is very convenient, I will say though that once you plug something in, it's extremely hard to take out. Like it's stuck in there and you have to hold down the base of the lamp while you yank the plug out. ... show more
