I wasn’t wild about the yellow, I’ll be honest…. It seems like a dumb feature to hang your hat on, but everything in my house “goes” and not in like an Instagramm-y staged way, in a way of… I have my favorite color and I want everything to revolve around that. Getting past the yellow, they are pretty aesthetic, they’re small and don’t take up too much space. The plastic is high quality, it’s not cloudy at all. Sometimes bags aren’t for you, sometimes you just want to meal plan the next few days - these make that so easy! They’re better compared the Avent cups. The Avent cups (for comparison) although cheaper will cost you in the long run - they have a wide mouth opening, making spills very easy. The plastic is very cheap, if you drop it even from a short height with more than 3 oz, it will crack. If you use them too much, they’ll crack. If you wash them too much, they’ll crack. These Medela bottles, they’re not cracking. The numbers are so easy to read on the Medelas vs the Avents, even though they’re harder to understand honestly. Pros: - High quality plastic, very clear - Very secure cap, turns many times, ridges for easy open and close - Fat slides right off without much coaxing - Very convenient size, easy to throw into your purse, diaper bag, etc. - Very versatile ecosystem; Medela has many options for accessories, cooler bags, etc. - Small mouth, harder to spill - Great value for the money! I want to buy more! Cons: - Yellow is a choice - Weird oz lines…. What do they even mean??? - Not very versatile, can’t pop a nipple on it like the Avent cups, but there might be adapters, I’m not entirely sure ... show more

I was about to quit pumping, and a friend recommended I get this. I didn’t want to because it wasn’t free through insurance, but I’m so glad I did! It’s saving me money from Formula because I’m actually willing to keep pumping. Pro: freedom to do stuff around the house. It makes a huge difference mentally. The cups are awesome too because they’re ergonomically shaped, so it’s easier to hold/ pickup the baby. Cons: the cups only hold 5 ounces, the battery is bigger than it looks in the pictures, so it’s a tight squeeze for pockets. I got a belt like this to hold it. Love this pump and the freedom it brings me. I haven’t found a pumping bra that fits and works properly so being able to use this hands-free in my regular bra is awesome. LOVE that there are only three parts per collection cup - makes it really easy to clean and assemble! I know lactation consultants say that wearable pumps risk not emptying the breast and that they will never compare to a hospital-grade one, but honestly I haven’t really noticed a difference in how much milk I pump and I don’t get any more clogged ducts with this than my spectra. It’s got good suction and despite only coming in two sizes, I think the nipple openings are super accommodating of different sizes so you don’t have to buy separate flanges Cons: The buttons are kind of touch-sensitive so they are easy to bump but when I’m careful I don’t really have an issue with it It’s pretty easy to spill the milk when transferring to a bottle. They sit up fairly well, but they’re easy to knock over. Also, the opening for the nipple has a hole in which the milk flows into the collector and you’ve gotta be careful when you’re pouring because it can flow back out through the nipple opening and spill. Style: Freestyle Hands-Free Breast Pump
At first when I received this pump, it didn’t work well for me and I was disappointed. However, I learned that it was my mistake in how I set it up. I was using the 24 size covers (provided with this unit) when my sizes needed were actually smaller. I got some nipple sizing inserts to fit each side appropriately and used the smaller 21 size cups and now the pump works great. It allows me to produce almost just as much as my wall pump. I normally go 20 minutes or so with the wall pump whereas with this pump I’m using a full 25-30 minute session with almost the same results. There are minimal parts to clean and it’s very user intuitive. The only downside, which really hasn’t been too much of an issue for me yet, is the holes in the top which could allow milk to spill out if you bend fully over. This wouldn’t prevent me from purchasing again. Very happy with it. ... show more

I like that these are a good option for storage your milk in the refrigerator. After I pump I transfer the milk to these and I am done. If I need to go somewhere they are small enough to fit my cooler bag and have a tight seal so I do not have to worry about spillage. This brand overall seems to make quality products.
