They are a little thick and I live where it’s hot and muggy, but they don’t make my feet feel hot or sweaty and of course never stinky. The thickness just made some of my shoes fit a little tighter, but not bad at all. i've bought these socks before. they seem to get softer every time i wash them, and also seem to be lasting a long time. i like that they are kind of mesh and breathable on the top and thicker on the toe and bottom. great shoe for summer time. they also stay on better than other types of socks that i own. with some of my shoes my other ankle/no show socks will just roll down my heel. these don't seem to have that problem. i wear a 15 wide shoe, so these socks to seem a little small at first, but after wearing and washing them once they seem to fit perfectly. ... show more

Great, simple, socks. This is my first set of bamboo socks and I love them so far. I have bad ankles and sweat a lot with a warehouse job and need my socks to be perfect. For moisture wicking, and bacteria build up (foot smell) these socks reduce more than any sock I have ever had! I love that! I can come home from work and not be afraid to take off my shoes with someone in the room. And, as advertised, they are SUPER soft! My only two points of disappointment is finding bamboo socks with all the other features of socks I like;ie. arch supports, padded toes and heels, fun color variety, and in my size. The other is, I already have two holes in one of my socks after only a few weeks of them coming in the mail. I know I’m picky but my hopes are high that I find them one day. I am a women's size 5 1/2 - 6. I usually have to buy kids socks to fit right, but these fit beautifully. I also have sweaty feet and these help that a lot and certainly the smell is hardly noticeable, if at all. You need to dry these on a lower heat, so I wash them with polyesters and work out clothes that I won't be using fabric softner on. If there aren't quite dry, I lay them on top of the dryer on a towel for a day which is recommended. I don't know what would happen if you did something else, but I wear these daily and they've held up very nicely. Have bought additional pairs--they are incredibly soft and remember not to use fabric softner, they don't need it! ... show more

I got these for my husband because he was having issues with sweating feet. I tried several different types and none worked. Someone recommended bamboo ones and that is when I found these. They are great!!! Ended up buying several packs they were that good. They do look smaller after washing but they stretch back to the normal size. These socks run small. I ordered size 9-11 for a 10-size foot. These are small enough that they slide off my feet. Also I ordered 6 pairs of Grey, instead got an assortment of white, navy and black. Didn't pay attention and threw packaging away, so cannot return now. Socks are nice to feel, so just order couple of sizes larger than you normally wear ... show more

I used to have an issue with something similar to athletes foot. I tried so many things to get rid of it, but nothing made any difference. Someone recommended bamboo socks to me, and I bought these. First of all, these are sooo soft, regular cotton socks feel scratchy now. I replaced all my socks with these. And after a month or two, my feet were healed! I had stopped using any of the other remedies and simply switched to these socks. I was amazed! I bought a few more packs, and was gifted a few more for Christmas. These are the only socks I will wear from now on! They keep my feet cool, dry, and comfortable. On really cold days, I will wear 2 pairs for extra warmth (shown in the first 2 photos). Even with 2 pairs on, my feet are still dry and comfortable. I highly recommend these to anyone!! ... show more
