Cannot get this to dissolve. Have tried in hot drinks, cold drinks and in-between. Just end up with a lump. What am I doing wrong?

I am not on a keto diet but I wanted try MCT oil but after some research I found it could get pretty messy. I discovered this brand of powder and I’m pleasantly surprised. I add it to my coffee along with some mushroom powder making for a powerful brain boost in the morning. I love to add this powder into my morning coffee with cream to help me to stay in ketosis. The only thing I could tell about this is I wish it would be cheaper. or twice the size for the price. I run out of it pretty fast.

I’d been using liquid MCT oil which can rather messy to use but somehow stumbled upon this powdered version and was pleasantly surprised. Blends well with my hot k-cup coffees and cold Ninja blended protein shakes. It says unflavored but I can finally drink coffee without ANY SWEETENER what so ever!
