It's an extension cord. But it has a swivel plug that now permits you to plug it in where other three prong flat head plugs cannot.

The media could not be loaded. Got this to be able to move my litterrobot under a bar corner! Dumb house design only had the plug on top of the counter, not below. Got some sticky guys to help stick the cord to hide it as much as possible. Wish the cord itself was a tad thinner. Does the job!

I purchased this product because I bought an electric recliner but then realized it would be placed nowhere near an outlet. The recliner sits on the edge of a rug but I didn’t want an extension cord puckering under the rug.
