Easy to install. I recommend using a 7/32” drill bit to make the hole for the hardware, and just pressing the plastic piece in with the top side of a hammer. There is not much flex in the acrylic, and it seems very sturdy. I am sure these would make fine shelves . They seem sturdy. I used them standing on their side with the side piece like little legs behind my computer. Strange, but my puppy likes to sneak under there and grab whatever piece of paper or wire that he can get and rip it to shreds. These little shelves stopped that completely! He is baffled and I hope that he will forget this joy with time. They work well for this purpose. ... show more

I got these to put up on wall behind my bed. Easy to install. The shelves do sag a little if you put heavier things in the middle of them, but they are still holding after a few months after initially putting them up. i love that they are sleek and stay put.
