I got this chair mostly because of the foot rest, and I thought the massage feature might be interesting. It's really comfy and the foot rest tucks away nicely, but the most surprising thing is how much this chair reclines! It has a locking mechanism to lock it in whichever position you want, and the armrests move back as well. I thought it would feel off-balance if I lean back too much; however, to my surprise, it feels stable even at max recline. It's sturdy, looks high-end, and was easy enough to assemble. The massage feature is a nice-to-have but obviously requires a cord to be plugged in, so I just tuck the cord away most of the time and plug it in when I want to turn it on. I run hot so I can never see myself using the heat feature, but if you get cold I can see that being nice. ... show more

The instructions are very ill designed. The seat, when seating keeps going back. The heating mechanism does not work. UPDATE, this company is great and caring. I feel that my concerns were taken seriously and paid attention to. They have provided feedback every time I responded. They did their best to make it right. The only thing that would make it completely better is for the heat to work, lol... overall great experience... missing 1 star because of the heat not working. ... show more

This chair is very comfortable, easy and quick to assemble, and of good quality. I think it’s worth buying. The back cushion is also very comfortable. The chair is stable and offers many adjustable angles. Overall, it’s great.

As you can see in my pics, the feet support comes out and it is annoying when you seat down. The material is not really fabric, it is a type of like-leather, seller did not described properly. I ordered because I was shopping for a good microfiber chair like my old one. Look at the second of my pics, I am showing the pocket for remote control, the inside is like fabric, the outside is like PU leather. Massage/heat: so light you can't really feel It has just 3 up/down positions, not free position, I need really a 4th one because I am a petite. The only thing I like is the teal color. It took 10 days to arrive in spite I pay prime membership. My husband assembled it and destroyed the box so I cannot return it. Huge disappointment. I will never will buy a chair on amazon. ... show more

its okay not the best tho there are better office chairs out there this 1 is decent issues im having is the armrest are not that wide so my legs do not have alot of leg room sitting in this chair and the other issue is the wheels the wheels do not roll that well when sitting in the chair other then those 2 things its a good chair but its not a 5 star ill give it a 4 scratch the 3 Massage is ok not the best tho ... show more
