I tried another product by Mary Ruth to save a little money. It was a liposomal multivitamin. It was horrible tasting. This product doesn't taste too bad. I could mix it with juice, but choose to just drink like I'm doing a shot. I could feel a difference in my energy level, but most importantly (vanity won out) my hair looks healthier and isn't falling out in clumps. Update with pictures 10/24/24 Just finished my 2nd bottle and wanted to show the AMAZING new growth. It's easy to see because the new growth is a different color and shorter than my other hair. I am stunned and overjoyed with how well this product has helped! Now I just need to stop being lazy and dye it. Lol. This WORKS!! I was losing weight, I noticed I was losing more hair than usual, to the point that I thought I'd need a wig in a couple months if I didn't do something about it. Huge amounts of hair loss every time I brushed, and washed. Even if I just gave the end a extremely soft pull, I'd always come back with a bunch of hair. It was bad! I'm about to finish my 1st bottle and I am astonished at how quickly it worked. Not only did the hair stop coming out in large amounts, but I see a ton of new growth from the beginning of use. The taste is good, and isn't chalky. I just got my second bottle. It's worth every scent. It's a wonderful product. Since I am doing intermittent fasting and I don't eat till evening, I was a little worried it would give me a bunch of energy, but I sleep like a rock, so don't take the "liquid morning" part too literally. It is best to take it after eating, so your body starts to digest and assimilate it right away. This WORKS so well. I know this is going to be something I take the rest of my life.
