I have purchased and loved this product before, when bought in store at Nordstrom Rack. I don’t know what’s going on, as I thought this was a verified seller, but the item came in a ziplock bag and I’m getting blotches all over my face (everything else in my skin care routine was normal). I wouldn’t describe myself as having sensitive skin. I also don’t see the same dewy finish and hydrated feeling that was achieved from my previous bottles. My fiancée says it smells like his grandma’s house, but I personally love the smell of rose water. I don’t really notice any moisturizing properties though. New formula made me breakout everywhere!!! I used to use this as a toner and a refresher throughout the day but then the last bottle i bought made me get white heads and breakouts all over my face and parts of my neck/chest where the mist would land. I've never had skin issues and am thoroughly disappointed. I now have to waste time and money fuxing my skin to get it back to how it normally is. The package came wet and subsequently opened. I thought maybe the porch was wet. When I opened the package, I found out the bottle had leaked. I ended up with less than half a bottle.
