This is the handiest and best of the many portable dog water bottles we've tried. Love that it can reverse and let any water left in the drinking part go back into the storage part so you don't waste water. Our dogs quickly learned to love it and both drink willingly from it on any walk or warmer day. The ONLY small issue to be aware of is that it can be very hard to unscrew the top half to refill the water or to clean it. If you tighten it just enough to make sure the water doesn't leak, then it takes a lot of effort to unscrew it again. If you leave it to loose so that it will be easier to unscrew, then the whole thing leaks in your car or backpack. Hope they will eventually redesign the screw threads or gasket to be easier to loosen it. ... show more

Find this little thing works very well, have only had a chance to use it a couple of times but the dog seems to use it well, I like the fact that if she doesn't drink all the water I can put it back into the bottle and yes it's not very hygienic but it works while I'm outside and it's quick, it washes well and like the wrist holder as it makes the walks and playtime easier. So for me it's a yes and if problems arise I'll come back and add to this. ... show more

I have used this bottle so many times. I had been using a small collapsible bowl for when we are in the car but it's a pain when she doesn't drink it all. My dog is only 7 pounds and she thinks that drinking out of her little pink cup is the biggest treat in the world. It makes her feel special. I love it it’s nice to make her so happy with such a little thing. And it hardly weighs anything not too hard to carry around plus great value for the money.
