  • Great!
Used it for cutting baseboards. Very good product.

  • Check the package as soon as it arrives
This is the third time I've bought this blade in six months. Very good trim blade for the price. Not worth paying to have resharpened so I keep buying new ones to replace when they get dull. I ordered the third one in December but didn't get it out of its packaging until today when I needed to replace number two. It had been used! There was wood resin all over each of the 100 teeth. I am past my window to return it so I will go ahead and use it, but disappointed. Fair warning to take blade out and inspect it carefully the day it comes. ... show more

  • Buy this if you love yourself
Wow what can really be said about this blade.... first off it's the cleanest cutting blade I've ever used ..BETTER than a Freud thin kerf blade in my opinion, and those blades are $100 or $120 plus and it's also about $10 cheaper than diablo blade at the big box stores everyone raves about... so value for money is there friends, take a chance on this and you will have cuts and joints LITERALLY as smooth as glass, I use mine for mostly stain grade work so cuts have to be perfect . Its really really good , I've only had it for about a month so cant speak for the longevity but hey its makita so I'm not too worried ... show more

  • Apparently it was time
I've had a red blade on my miter saw for a long time now and it seemed to do just fine, but I could tell i was getting a bit more tearout than normal so I gave this blade a chance. Now either my old blade was a heck of a lot more dull than I realized or this blade is SHARP (probably both) - this makes precise and clean cuts, all with a thin kerf for minimal waste. I've cut through about any kind of hardwood you can imagine and no burns or dumb paint wearing off either! ... show more

  • A delight to use
Used on a DeWalt combination miter saw. It cuts effortlessly, perfectly smooth. Yes, that is what I expected of this blade, but it is nice to not be disappointed. One reviewer mentioned this blade howled terribly. Mine doesn't. Noise from the blade will increase under no load and simply sitting and spinning, but I tried that only to GET it to make noise. I don't use my miter saw in that fashion, so it's not a problem. IF this was used on a table saw where it might be powered like that, it might be an issue. I would not expect a thin-kerf blade with 100 teeth to NOT make noise in such a fashion. I thought my old blade was just fine, but wanted this blade for an interior trim job that I wanted to go well. Comparing my old blade to this is lumps of charcoal to diamonds. This blade is a treat. ... show more

  • Quality for the price!!
I liked this blade!! Exactly what I wanted!!!

  • Extremely clean cutting
As you would expect from buying a blade with so many teeth, it makes extremely clean cuts through all types of wood I've used (walnut, oak, mahogany, poplar and obviously pine). I'd say it cuts across grain with a smoothness somewhere between 120 and 220 grit sandpaper. Been using it almost daily for both fine woodwork as well as construction (too lazy to switch out blades) and it's held up just fine after three months, with no noticeable decrease in cutting quality or efficiency. A good product for a great value. I can't compare it to more expensive blades as I've never used them, but I can't imagine it gets better than this. ... show more

  • EXCELLENT BLADE !!!!!
I work with a lot of wood gun stocks and have to shorten some of them . This blade is the ABSOLUTE best and smoothest blade I have EVER USED . There is NO chipping or "splintering"of the wood when using this blade . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this blade for ANYONE doing precise wood cutting. Wood will have a VERY VERY fine finish .
